Having just moved to the area I have no contacts for local services. I had used HomeAdvisor for some other service needs around the house, so I looked to them for snow removal. Many of the companies I contacted in the area are only interested in commercial business, not residential. I spoke with Jim at JM Property and he agreed to take care of us for the impending snowmageddon. After the call my husband came home from work telling me he had found someone else. I called and cancelled with JM. Huge snow ensues, NO ONE SHOWS UP to shovel. My husband and I (with the help of a neighbor) spent the entire day clearing snow. Next snow alert on the news I called JM. Even though I cancelled on him the first time he agreed to take the job on. What a sigh of relief, he contacted me early that am, as agreed. He showed up early, removed snow from my car, driveway, walk. He even salted. I was very happy with JM Property Preservation. I'm very grateful to have found them and am not worried at all about any upcoming snow. And, as a bonus Jim is a pretty nice guy! I will definitely be using JM in the future for snow removal and other aspects of Property management. Thank you!

They guys were really nice and they took care of my Parents, they took pictures to show that they had done the work and they were nice to my parents and I was very pleased I had contacted a number of other professionals and have had no success, they were very busy, but still took the time to help me out.
