JMR Brothers Heating and Cooling

I cannot recommend these guys enough! They went above and beyond. We had an ancient gas boiler and they installed a brand new energy efficient boiler that was so much smaller, I gained square footage in my boiler room! We also had three mini-splits and a heat pump installed as we only had window A/C units in our house. We literally gained square footage with the installation of the cooling/heating unit in our Sumerian. From start to finish, they were professional and completed everything according to budget and schedule and even hooked up our gas grill with no extra charge. They were easy to reach, always positive and professional, and we are looking forward to our next project-putting A/C in the upstairs of our house. John King and his team did an exceptional job from beginning to end and I would highly recommend them. Their initial response was prompt, the installation was done professionally and without any issues, including clean up. This should be your go to HVAC company.

I would highly recommend JMR Brothers Heating and Cooling. Their prices are very reasonable. We had a few estimates and they came in at our budgeted amount. Mr. King went over the estimate and answered all of the questions we had. On installation day, the JMR crew were on time and very professional. They completed the job in the time frame given. Mr. King called the day after install to see if our unit was cooling properly. This is truly a company that cares about Customer Service! Thank you JMR for everything.

top notch company. they expended the extra effort and did the calculations to ensure they were installing the right size system for my needs. would use them again without hesitation. all work was accomplished on time and on budget. Cleanup after the work was accomplished was impeccable. they were close to $2K under their nearest competitors estimated costs and delivered.

For the Job cost was very high and i had to ask for the tech to do a complete check. i was told by customer service that would be automatically done. to me the job preformed was not worth the price

The Technician was very presentable and professional. He explained everything so I could understand what was going on. He was on time and very tidy. I have used this company for awhile and they have always been professional including the office personnel that I have spoke with. I recommend them to my family and my friends.

The customer representative was able to schedule the service tech the next day to do the maintaince. The service tech was very profressional and made recommendation to help maintain unit such as changing the filter monthly instead of every 90 days as I was.
