John did a wonderful job upgrading my 200 amp service from an old Federal Pacific so our house would pass an FHA inspection. Inspectors demand 2 ground rods for code requirements as well and he was respectful to us when my wife asked that they be hidden in our flower beds. Don't be fooled by his age as he is young. He seems to have a wealth of knowledge. I was called by 4 electricians and John definitely came in well below the rest. One was close but because John has low overhead he keeps his rates down. Thanks John, we will be calling you again if we need anything done before we move.

John is very helpful helping you understand what he is doing and he is very reasonable in price compared to others.

He came at the time he said he would arrive, and went right to work. I blew a no fault receptacle which also seemed to take out the breaker for that receptacle and was afraid to tackle the breaker box and needed help to determine if the breaker needed to be replaced. As it turned out , the breaker reset itself and the receptacle didn't need to be replaced. I haven't owned this home that long (just 11 months) and was unaware of what was installed here. Mr. Reist explained how the breaker box was installed and told me the electrician who did the install did a great job since he identified all of the wires coming into it and correctly labeled all of them. Mr Reist said not too many electricians do that any more and he gave kudos to the installer at my home. Since nothing seemed to be needing to be replaced, he checked all of my receptacles and the breaker box and assured me that everything was A-OK. His charges for this visit was the most surprising thing of the whole day, he didn't charge me a whole lot of money, it was way less that the other two Home Advisor Pro's were asking. Because of that, I am planning to install some electric lines in my unfinished basement and have decided to hire this Pro for my job! Thank you Home Advisor for this referral.
