Very professional group, always asking the owner if the color is what they expected. Great group of workers, I will probably use them again, when I paint my bedrooms later in the year. Happy with their work and customer service support.

Be aware of this group. They are big liars. they did not respect the contract, they came to start a job never finished. they took my money and never returned it. I initiated a legal issue with them, I will call them to the court to teach them how to do respectful and ethical work. They do not answer my messages and phone calls. be aware, do not hire them.

Exceptional does not even begin to scratch the surface of J&M Renovations & Building Services! So, a little background (be prepared for a long read!); my family and I recently moved to the area, and into our recently purchased home (2 weeks ago). We knew that upon our arrival we were going to have the main floor of our home re-painted, because the previous homeowners were indoor smokers. The smell of smoke hit you as soon as walked through the front door (or back door, or side door, or garage, really, if I'm being 100% honest). Anyhow, what we weren't expecting, after arriving to the area, was not having a functional a/c or water heater! Getting these replaced took a huge chunk of what we had budgeted for the painting project and wood fence install (we have 3 pupsters). Despite the unexpected expenses, we decided to shop around for a painting company. We found J&M through Angi (previously known as Angie's List). They were the only company, on Angi, to respond to our request. We heard back from one other painting company, found on Google. None of the others we reached out to responded. Joanna, of J&M, reached out right away (6/11) and came out on Sunday (6/13) to take a look at our entire main floor. She brought Martin, the other half of J&M & painter, and we did an entire walk through of the house. They fully understood our desire to get the painting done right away, and sent us a reasonable quote by the end of the day. We accepted the quote, and by Tuesday (6/15), Martin and his crew (Juan & Daniel x 2) were on-site and ready to roll! In addition to the painting, Martin and his crew fixed some cracks we had in the cieling, and even managed to re-paint one of the basement bedrooms , a last minute add to the project. Joanna stopped by every day to check on the painting progress, and to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The entire project was done by Saturday (6/19). We're talking about adding Kilz primer and new paint color to the cielings, window/door trims, and walls of our living room, office, kitchen, guest bedroom, hallway, master bedroom, & the additional bedroom in the basement!! Before taking off each day, Martin would do a walk through and inspection of the painted areas. He asked us if we wouldn't mind doing the same, to identify any spots that needed touch ups or fixing that may have been missed. We found a few that were immediately taken care of the next morning. I can't say enough good things about this company, and highly recommend them to everyone! They also do more than just painting, they do a bit of everything. We're already making a list of other projects that need to be done, and we plan on calling back Joanna & Martin to do the work! We're incredibly happy with their work and customer service!!!!
