I hired Noah with JM Roofing to come out and give us a estimate for a roof over our soon to be built patio. When Noah arrived he noticed my roof was in need of repair and told me to get with State Farm to have them come and look at it and to let him know when they would be at my house and he would meet them to inspect my roof together. Few days later on 3/8/17 State Farm came out and along with Noah they deemed my roof / garage door had around $8300.00 worth of damage due to recent storms.All throughout the process Noah was great to text and call me when things came up. Once it was deemed I needed a new roof and garage door , Noah got the ball rolling with getting everything lined up to do. On Monday morning 3/13/17 his crew showed up to do my roof and they stayed until 7:45 pm that night in the cold to make sure it was done and done right. They made sure to go through my yard twice with their big magnet to get any nails and staples out of my yard so that my kids and dog would not get hurt. Their crew was very courteous and polite and they really cleaned up their work site once they were done. The next day on 3/14/17 the garage tech came out and installed our new garage door and new trim around it. I had a question about the spring on the door and when I called Noah to ask about it , Noah called the garage tech and the garage tech called me back within 5 minutes with answers to my question. Awesome customer service. From start to finish this whole project from the time State Farm was at my house inspecting until the project was complete was 4 days not including the weekend.I would highly recommend JM Roofing for any projects that come up. Their crew that put my roof on was hands down awesome. I am planning on using them again in the future on projects that arise.

Several months back, the area experienced extremely heavy rainstorms and hail. Unfortunately, my house was one of the many that experienced some leaking. Through a referral, I hired Noah and Gavin from JM Roofing and Property Innovators. For several weeks, I was in very close contact with both Noah and Gavin as they installed a new roof and custom flashing. I have only positive things to say about both of them. They were always on time and were very good about sending updates each day. Phenomenal customer service that I wish other contractors adopted. They explained things well and treated us as if we were the only house they were working on. I can attest to their quality of work as well - we have experienced several big storms since their work was complete and have not experienced further leaking. I would recommend Noah for roof work.

I contacted JM Roofing and several contractors via HomeAdvisor and I got a response back the next day from Noah of JM Roof. Noah and Gavin showed up the next day for roof inspection. Everything went great after we got approval from my insurance for a new roof and gutters. The roofing and gutter crews showed up early and started to work right away. Noah and Archie were very professional and customer oriented with the whole process. Definitely recommend them for roofing and gutter replacement. Great jobs and keep up the good works. Kenny N

They tried to sale more work, he didn't explain very well on the process of the job. He gave me a quote with out really breaking it down.

Very professional workers that fixed a plaster ceiling that was falling down in a house over 150 years old. HUGH job. They worked hard non-stop all day. They really had to "think outside the box" on this project. They came up with a wonderful solution that I am very pleased with!

1st man showed up & when I told him what needed to have hung: floating shelf, mirror above dresser & a headboard, he couldn't give me a price. Asked me what I thought I should pay. That # was laughed at so I doubled it. He wouldn't hang floating shelf at all, said it wouldn't work there & picked a place he thought would look better. He left & another guy showed up to do the work. When that guy left we re-hung the mirror b/c hardware was showing on ea side. Also, we hung the floating shelf which BTW looks great. Paid $100 to have a headboard hung & a mirror hung incorrectly. Never again.

Noah and Manuel did a great job for us. They were both very professional and easy to work with! The quality of their work was excellent. They worked on 2 projects for us - patching our roof to fix some areas that really needed work and repairing and clean/stain our deck. The deck looks brand new and we couldn't be happier with it!

JM is a great home repair company. I had 3 large holes that were repaired very quickly (about an hour start to finish) and the quality can't be beat.

Repairs to our double gate (privacy fence) were done & everything looks good. Very satisfied.

If you're looking for a company with great customer service and workmanship - this one's for you. JM Roofing did excellent painting and patching, grout work, and even fixed some weather stripping for free! Noah, Manuel, and Lionel were great. And Manuel even came back (happily) to put some finishing touches on the project. Great people. Great company. Hire them!!!

Noah and his wife were both very professional and easy to work with. Quality of work was excellent.. Will be using them for other work needed at my home. Helpful and understanding when dealing with mortgage company monitered distributions. I will recommend them to my friemds.
