JM roofing replaced my home roof over a year ago and there have not been any issues with it. They are friendly, show up and complete the job when they say they will as long as weather permits.

The salesman was very professional and thorough. I enjoyed working with him and JM Roofing.

Jm roofing Called and young man Christopher showed up as scheduled, informed him as to our needs as far as a roof on my brothers manufactured home. It's an older home so I knew there would be some unique issues. This was on the 31st of July and I was told we would have an estimate and work would take 10 to 14 days. I stressed that we needed this done asap and was told as soon as the contract was signed they would get on it again between 10 to 14 days. I spoke with Christopher again a few days later asking about the estimate because I hadn't heard anything. After a few calls I finally got the estimate and we met at my brother's home and he signed the contract, he like I was expecting work to begin due to the fact we needed it done quickly as I told Christopher. My brother is special needs and he kept calling me trying to find out when they were going to start All I could do is call Chris and he would refer me to a guy named bob, got ahold of bob and he said they were setting up another job in this area and they were going to do the roof then, at no time was I informed until the 14 days were up and nothing was started that they were waiting on another job in the area before doing what was contracted. I wasn't calling every 5 minutes I called once a day to ask the status, I finally got ahold of bob and told him that if they can't do the job just refund the deposit and no harm no fowl, he then told me give him a couple hours and he would call me back. He didn' t call back; I waited two days thinking maybe he would call but no call. I tried to get ahold of bob again but got voicemail, also chris again voicemail, I then called the young lady who was very pleasant and told her that if the job wasn' t going to be done to tell bob to give the deposit back. Later on that afternoon I get a call from bob and he said he was refunding the money. No Im sorry not nothing just we are returning the deposit. Didn't really appreciate having my calls ignored, both Christopher and bob didn't answer that's why I called the young lady who relayed the message to bob. I must say your people were very nice, but the contract said they would start within a certain timeframe and they neglected to inform us it was contingent on another job. We got our refund on the 19 of August, which was 19 days + 2 or three days waiting on the estimate wasted because you couldn't keep your end of the contract. Maybe in the future ensure you can do a job before accepting a deposit and costing your customer time. I work in quality assurance and if we promise something and we don't deliver someone will have to answer for it.

he didn't even charge me. and it was a hot humid day. he was sweating from having been on that roof.

Had to come back a second time, but then the problem was fixed. I like what they say and they try to do things well. Had a hard time getting them to reply with estimates. I had to call them a lot.
