Great job

I signed the Proposal to replace the Roof there has been a lack of timely communication thus far. I will complete this review after the work is completed and give an overall rating.

Anytime that we work with a new vendor, we are somewhat apprehensive. J M Roofing took our fears away quickly. They are personable and professional, have a very strong knowledge of the roofing industry and know how to deal with insurance adjusters. Our new roof was started and completed in ONE day with complete cleanup. My wife and I are extremely satisfied and highly recommend JM Roofing.

Great roof, great gutters. HOWEVER, JM Roofing dropped the ball. It took 6 months to get my gutters installed, after numerous calls and excuses. I signed the contract in September, the roof was installed within 30 days. However, the forgot my pre-paid gutters. In December, I called again. In January, I called again. In February, I called again. The gutters were installed in March. However, they left the old gutters behind littering my yard. Including a full set of new gutters that they manufactured in the wrong color. They left a mess in my neighbors yard that I had to clean. I found loose nails on my sidewalk after their cleanup, so my grandkids will no longer be allowed barefoot outdoors. The excuse for the delays was thrown on an employee who was injured. Why would that delay my work for 6 months? Also, I still have not received my paid chimney cap. Although they did good work and the materials are great, they have poor customer service skills and do not follow-up with calls. I was ghosted by the salesman who sold me the roof and gutters. HOWEVER, Tina, the receptionist was very kind. You know when there is trouble when the companys secretary apologizes every time you call. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

They did a great job and were on time. Most people want to do a total roof repair if they will even come out they fixed what was needed.

They came very quickly to do a roof touch up. Our roof should last another 3-5 years.

Chris called me as soon as I picked them from Home Advisors and he came out the next day and gave me a work estimate. I accepted his offer and they came out in about a week once temperature was above 50 degrees. He actually replaced a section of the roof that was damaged for no additional charge. I recommend this company

Had a leak around a plumbing vent. Called & emailed numerous vendors and no response. My first try with home advisor failed to confirm appt. Home advisor called and asked if i wanted them to forward to Mr Miller. I got a call from him in less the 30 min. He came to see what needed to be done and was there the following day to do the repair. The price was very reasonable, and he also checked the rest of my roof and made minor repairs with no additional charge. I have done roofing in my younger days and was very impressed with his methods and attention to detail.

Josh was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to fix a leaking roof. Josh was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and even inspected the roof for other issues. I would highly recommend Josh and his crew.

Joshua was very nice when I met him and did a great job repairing our roof/chimney. He gave me the best quote and returned the next day to complete the job. I would recommend him anytime.
