Do not use this company. They will rip you off and take your money! We had to sue this company to try and get our money back and they never showed up to court. We paid them a 2700 deposit to start roofing work on our gutters and for fascia wood repair. The company came out twice for an hour and did nothing. We sent countless emails to them to come and finish work, and they would not respond for months. We threatened litigation and finally got a response. They gave us false promises on when they would start, and we never heard from them again. We had to take it to court and we are still trying to recoup the money. BEWARE!! Go with another company if you do not want to lose money.

Poor to no Customer Service, work not done as expected. Poor Workmanship. Contractor does not stand behind his work. Tried contacting them for work that fell apart for more than 5 months with no response. Does not stand behind their work. Buyer beware. One bright spot was Lou was very courtious.

JM Roofing is now one of my favorite partners in my property rehab business. Excellent customer service, friendly sales staff who always respond and they operate with true professionalism and do a great job to boot. Can't go wrong with them if you need a roofer for anything.

Lou was outstanding from the start through to after completion. Louis did an fantastic job. He was professional, skilled, and thorough as he took time to review the site, tackle the job, and resolve all the roofing issues.

Very professional. Lou explained everything to us. The work crew was great. I can't believe it only took them 1/2 a day to remove and install new shingles. They came prepared with about 8-9 guys. I recommended them to friends and family of mine!

Very responsive sales staff and customer service. Had a little trouble getting on their schedule but overall the work got done in a timely manner. Would have rated 5.0 if my requested fix for straightening out a bent flashing was fully done - not left at 80% fixed. I don't have a ladder to go up and finish it! :-) Overall, their responsiveness and friendly staff makes them well worth it. I will rehire them for future projects.

Chris called me as soon as I picked them from Home Advisors and he came out the next day and gave me a work estimate. I accepted his offer and they came out in about a week once temperature was above 50 degrees. He actually replaced a section of the roof that was damaged for no additional charge. I recommend this company

Had a leak around a plumbing vent. Called & emailed numerous vendors and no response. My first try with home advisor failed to confirm appt. Home advisor called and asked if i wanted them to forward to Mr Miller. I got a call from him in less the 30 min. He came to see what needed to be done and was there the following day to do the repair. The price was very reasonable, and he also checked the rest of my roof and made minor repairs with no additional charge. I have done roofing in my younger days and was very impressed with his methods and attention to detail.

Josh was very easy to work with and was quick to respond to fix a leaking roof. Josh was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done and even inspected the roof for other issues. I would highly recommend Josh and his crew.

Joshua was very nice when I met him and did a great job repairing our roof/chimney. He gave me the best quote and returned the next day to complete the job. I would recommend him anytime.
