Quick and flexible

They were big talk and repaired my roof. They gave a written evaluation saying the roof was only a few years old and just needed maintenance and we paid them for that with a year warranty. It leaked after the first rain and caused $2000 of damage. They came out and it leaked more causing more damage. For weeks they promised to come out and fix it. They never showed up after many promises I have called them and they won't answer. Now I have more than $5000 worth of damage and have to pay someone else.

We had a piece of siding lift up during the storms in May that was not corrected when everything else was. With the weather today it became evident that we needed it fixed today. I was connected with Miller through Home Advisor and could not be happier. The team that came out was able to resolve our concerns quickly and efficiently. I would use them again, and would recommend to friends and family.

They responded very quickly and had my whirlybird vent repaired. I would highly recommend them! A true handyman.

Called them for a roof inspection due to a couple of leaks. Great customer service Was on the job the same day. Kenny went above and beyond what was expected. I am very pleased. I will definitely call them again for future projects.

He arrived, just to give a quote. And he quoted her $200. She had Good Vibes about him. And so she told him to go ahead. And he blew the leaves off the roof. He took the gutter guards off. He cleaned the gutters. Reinstated the gutter guards, you clean the downspouts. And then he cleaned off the sidewalk in the driveway. And he told her that while he was on the roof, he spelled methane. But I know you don't smell methane, so he must have been smelling sewer gas up there from one of the specs. He told her to put some bleach in her drains, and he also told her she had several holes in her shingles that looked like bullet holes. And. She was happy with his work. She'd have him back again, and she paid him like 200, which was 25 dollars higher than a pre. close from another Pro. But she thought that she had good feelings about his work. So she went and narrowed it down and paid him $200.

Alfredo is a salesman. The quote he gave us to repair was the worst case scenario the roof did not need it and yet he charged the full amount. Sad to say I feel like we were swindled. Please beware of this company. I will never use them again. I even gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves. $1900.00 for a job where they used white shingles on a black roof, not what he said they would use. The areas were small compared to what he said needed done and the valley was re stuck with glue. I really do feel cheated. We have used Home Advisor many times and this is the first time that we were let down by a company.

Anytime that we work with a new vendor, we are somewhat apprehensive. J M Roofing took our fears away quickly. They are personable and professional, have a very strong knowledge of the roofing industry and know how to deal with insurance adjusters. Our new roof was started and completed in ONE day with complete cleanup. My wife and I are extremely satisfied and highly recommend JM Roofing.
