Jimmy is worth twice any other contractor we've ever worked with. He's hands on, coordinates everything well, and he's honest. If he finds a problem, he's upfront with what he finds and he's ready with solutions. He's also very collaborative, so we were always asking him for advice on how to proceed with our projects. His paperwork is organized, so there are no surprises. He's fair and does great work! We used him to remodel and install a bathroom in our basement. We loved him enough to hire him for two other jobs including installing a gas fireplace in our living room, and as soon as we're ready, we expect to call him again for all our future home projects.

We hired Mr Scheiner to refinish a basement into additional living space for our family. In his initial consultation, he laid out an excellent plan to give us everything we wanted and somehow managed to keep the cost of the job within our budget, so we never had to put additional funds into the job to finish it, which has been our very frustrating experience with other builders. Every facet of the remodel was transparent and professional. He worked without disrupting the order of our house, was meticulous about cleaning at the end of each day, and finished on time. I was particularly impressed by his attention to accuracy even in places where he could have been more relaxed, like measurements that would eventually be covered my moldings and other finishes. The level of craft in the fine detail of the project was uniformly excellent. We could not be more satisfied with the results of his work, which have allowed us to rethink how we use every room in the house. I will not hesitate to hire him again for every new project that we plan in the future.

Outstanding craftsmanship. They did a great job on our outdoor bar and pergola. We receive compliments all the time. My wife was also impressed with how clean and orderly they kept the work area throughout the course of the project. I highly recommend this outfit.

Mr Scheiner was very professional. His final price did not exceed the quoted price. He was a very neat worker, careful to isolate his work space from the rest of the house. He had many creative ideas, resulting in a new bathroom that was much more than I had expected. Mr. Scheiner completed my project four years ago and everything is still working perfectly.
