Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Took longer due to mess up in office and materials didn't get ordered. But installer was a pro and end result was great.

Make sure you plan plenty of time for completion. Our bath took almost 3 months.
Response by JMS Remodeling: We sincerely apologize if the project took longer than expected. We make every attempt to start and complete the projects in a timely fashion but please keep in mind that it all depends on the scope of work to be completed. Some bathroom remodels can be completed in as little as one day where other bathroom remodels require special order items that will most definitely take a little more time.

Gary and team were very easy to work with and accommodating to working with a remote owner. Provided frequent updates and communication was near real time for any issues that arose. They were very accomdating and we are pleased with the end result.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
Danny was the main person that worked on our project. He was very knowledgeable about what and how we wanted it done. James was great with the electrical issues. The only issue we really had was there was usually only 1 person working at a time. Parts of the project took 2 people and we would have to wait until someone was freed up to come help. However the job was finished and we are very satisfied with the results. They cleaned up every day before they left. We will use them again and we will recommend them to friends and family.
Response by JMS Remodeling: The original scope of work included remodeling the bathroom and painting a bedroom. As we progressed the customer requested that we install flooring to the entire kitchen/living room and hallway and also do some major remodeling in the kitchen. We did our best to continue the entire project without stopping other projects that were already in progress.

Project: Remodel a Bathroom
They treated us like we were part of their family, as if it were their own bathroom they were remodeling, and that was very much appreciated. Would I have them back again? No question, I most assuredly will. I have another bathroom to remodel and they will be included, Google Lord willing.

They said 2 days but it took 4 days & they still need to fix a threshold for one a of the bathrooms
Response by JMS Remodeling: Initially the scope of work was one shower with a tile floor and was estimated at 2 days. Tiling 2 other bathrooms was added which did add time to the entire project. The threshold has been fixed.
