Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System Installation
Only after another professional landscaper and grating contractor refused to lay my and my threat of not paying did Jesse come and redo his half effort of a job. after an exchange of words, the job was completed days later. service magic shouldnt recommend him to anyone. He even built a retaining wall for me tht we will have to tear down and reaccomplish. USE HIM AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Retaining Wall Installation
Never received and invoice. Wall was not parallel to house when he finished. Called to get the work we paid for and contractor promised to redo the work for an additional $40.00 but they never came back or called.

Jesse provided great communication, and his team got here at the time they said they would and finished a day earlier than they projected. Jesse was able to work us into his schedule quickly, and we are very happy with our new fence (replaced after the front range winds blew our ancient one down). The fence looks great and sturdy. I would definitely recommend his company to others.

We are extremely happy with Jesse and his crew, who built us a very beautiful privacy fence. They quickly and neatly removed the old fence and precisely constructed a masterpiece! They were professional and courteous to us and our surrounding neighbors. My neighbor was so impressed with our fence that she is going to hire JM Tree and Zeroscape for her backyard projects. We highly recommend these guys, we give them A++

THEY DID A DECENT JOB ON BLOWING THE ROOF AND GUTTERS, ALSO THE LARGE LIMBS ANJD BRANCHES WERE REMOVED, HOWEVER , MY MAIN CONCERN , GETTNG HE SAW DUST OF OFF THE GRASS SO THAT IT WONT BE CHOKED OUT, THEY DID NOT DO THE JOB. I WENT THE NEXT DAY AND SPEND 6 HOUR VACUUMING THE SAW DUST OUT OF THE GRASS (3 BLACK X-LARGE TRAHSBAGS) ALSO I HAD TO CLEAN 2 1/2 OUT OF 3 WINDOW WELLS SINCE ONLY ONE WAS HALFWAY CLEANED. I HIRED FOR TOTAL CLEAN UP OF YARD, ROOF, GUTERS AND WELLS. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

JM replaced the concrete patio and front stairs, plus a wooden fence and gate . 1. Installation of known poor material for fence slats. 2. On site management of workers lacking. Workers used profanity and left tools/equipment scattered in yard at end of each work day. 3. Removed gate that had locking latch on the inside. Replaced with new gate with locking latch on the outside without coordinating with owner. 4. Concrete work left with gouges in patio surface and air holes in front stairs. 5. I have run out of room to address all of the unsatisfactory issues .......needless to say I will not use JM again nor will my neighbors.

Tell you what..... I am in the construction industry and hired this out due to a very busy schedule. In my professional opinion of 27 years in the same feild and a general superintendant of such... I would have to say that i recieved a functional yet less than a desirable product from this contractor. End result was ok but had to heckle the owner due to trust and early payment of said project. In my opinion owner has a young and growing business and needs to hone his professinal skills and bedside manner so to speak where quality is concerned.Without disrepecting his work ethic any further. quite frankly I would opt to do it myself in the f

Jesse, the person who actually contacts you appears to be the manager or PR person. He does not do the work and, in my case, didn't even supervise. He underestimated the project's cost and had to ask for cash to cover the difference. He wanted to close the deal with just a hand shake rather than a contract. The actual work was excellent and very quick despite bad weather. The fence looks great. We had to insist that several rotted pickets and supports be replaced. Our yard was left in good condition but some buried cables and sprinkler system hoses were not reburied after the work was finished.

My husband is deployed and we needed some work done in our yard. He gave me great ideas and put up a beautiful cedar fence. He and his crew were very professional and work hard to get the fence up in two days. Now my dog,hunter has his own yard to play in and my friends drive by and tell me how nice it looks. Jesse was prompt, courteous and very efficient. I had actually contacted another person first but they didn't show up to the appt. they had made with me. Jesse came out, did a quick survey, came out and did the job without hardly any interruption to my schedule. He also did a wonderful job in explaining to me the caretaking of the new tree he planted for me.
