Stay away from these people! They are professional scammers that claim are contractors. Emily Trevino and Tony will earn your trust to take money. I hired them to redo my deck and canopy. They took $28,250 dollars from me. All I got was a demolished deck and my fence taken apart and left like that. They were to start building Nov/Dec 2024. Then came the weather excuses, oh its winter, rain, being behind. Come August 2025 I still had no deck. Once I started questioning why I gave them $28,250 payment for and I wanted a refund because at this point I had to hire someone else to put up my deck before winter came again. I got yelled at and hung up on by Tony. They refuse to refund my money. Report them to the authorities, do not give them any money! I had to hire a new contractor late August. They had my deck up in 2 weeks. I had to pay out of pocket, money I do not have because the other two theives banked money that doesn't belong to them. Fraud!!!!! They use several names!

His workers drive personal cars, or rentals trucks like â Route 12 Rentalsâ and â Penske´. His trucks do not show any company names. He arrives in a personal car, a 2023 Honda Odyssey driven by his MUCH younger (maybe) wife, â Emilyâ , and Frank, who looks much older, and MUCH LARGER. He claims to be 59. His M.O. is to promise a lot of work to be completed in a very short time frame, which he will likely not deliver. He will likely promise the work will be completed faster and cheaper without a permit. He claims to pay his laborers $50 to $60 per hour. He insists that he and his workers be paid daily, sometimes directly by me. He does not say how many hours/days they are being paid for. He has repeatedly delayed the promised work. He will probably readily cancel the promised work, OR will delay until you cancel the work. When that happens, he will likely stop all work, leave a mess, and keep any money that you have paid him for any future work or materials. He will then likely become aggressive and threatening. I didnâ t like his work, I thought it was poor quality, and over priced. He gets very aggressive and threatens â street justiceâ . I wouldnâ t be surprised if he had a criminal record or a history of violence. WARNING. STAY AYAY Please contact the police if he cheats you, they will likely have his record, contact information on file, and status of pending investigations. If you have also been a victim, contact the DA for information on a probable criminal complaint. Prosecution should be pending. WE WORK WITH FRANK THE WORK WAS CHUCK ALMOST TO COMPLETE AND AFTER IT WAS COMPLETE, WE CALLED HIM FOR MULTIPLES LINKS, HE AVOID OUR CALLS, HE LIES, FRANK USES EXCUSES.

Communication was excellent since we have had the rainyest season ever! The carpenters were beyond professional and mindful of my property. The wheelchair ramp is solid and safe for my Army Veteran father. Wide enough to assist him safely and manageable grade for him to be maintain his independence and dignity. Amazing company! I would hire them again without hesitation! Thank you for your expertise. It means the world to our family!

I'm a GC in NC and have a rental in the Chicago suburbs. Since I normally do my own construction work it's hard for me to find someone that I'm happy with! I constantly have issues with our rental house and I'm always looking for someone to help me and I have not had that much luck finding a good company. I've gotten some bad seeds that have been a nightmare! Especially since I'm 14hrs away.! I hired Jeremy for my recent project and he was a lifesaver, not only was he extremely responsive he was knowledgeable enough to know exactly what I needed and even offered a better solution! his work was impeccable the cleanup was great he and his workers were all very professional! I will definitely be using him again and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to have work done to their house and want it done right! Not a responsible company to do business with, at first I thought it was going to be ok, but it was a disaster.

Do not hire this company. Kept us waiting for over a month. Frank used every excuse in the book. He had taken on too much work and could not handle it. Became rude when I questioned why he had failed to deliver on his many promises. Left the job unfinished and refused to work in the end. Absolute disaster of a company.

They did an excellent job and I would recommend them for any kind of outdoor work!

I originally hired this company to just put up some drywall and repaint the second-floor bedroom. What they did was so much more! They tore down all the drywall, reframed the walls and put up drywall, put in recessed lighting. They also installed new flooring. Oh, and since it's an old house, they had to rewire the room too. Frank came by just about every day to check in and see if everything was ok. His guys were also courteous and kind. I plan on using Jeremy Morris Carpentry again for future projects!
