Jim was great to work with and very professional. Kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Jim also was very particular about his work and making sure the job was done correctly. He also was very prompt about answering his phone calls or getting back to us. His pricing was very competitive and his crew was also hard working.

He not only gave us a total new roof but fixed quite a few of our rotten facia boards on the lower level of the house. The were clean and the whole crew were nice and respectful of us and our property. I would highly recommend this company.

Our experience was a very pleasant one. The weather was always hampering Jim from reroofing our house but he went beyond in his service and he patched a leak to hold things together until he could do the job. He called often to check in. When he was able to actually do the job, his crew worked very professionally and in 3 day our roof was finished and it looks fantastic. We are so pleased with the company that we will be using them to do window replacement. Our thanks to JTM Construction for all they have done.

Due the poor weather, the install was later than predicted. Jim kept us up to date with his schedule, and once he started the job, Jim and his crew worked thru the snow and cold and finished the roof. He will be back in the spring to due some additional work we discussed. Very professional, very happy with the roof, and would highly recommend his services.

Jim was very responsive when we got a leak in our living room. He was on site the next day and patched it up until he did a more permanent repair. He was easy to get a hold of and communicated well.

The roofing job itself is great, but the people that do the gutters for him aren't really reliable. They were supposed to show up 2 times and didn't. However, he called every step of the way so that I was aware of what was going on. The actual roof was very good and they cleaned up after themselves.

I hired JMT to replace my garage roof. Jim was very professional. He proposed a time to complete my roof at the time of signing the contract. He discussed the process and commonly encountered issues with replacing roofs. He arrived on time the day proposed. His team was efficient. A couple of boards needed to be replaced (which was expected). Jim was very detail oriented. The roof looks great. The tiles match the main house. They cleaned up the area after completing the project. Cost was similar to two other estimates. I would highly recommend JMT to anyone. Great experience for first time home owner having to complete first major home project.

The workers were careful with their ladders and materials around my flower beds. They were courteous and worked quickly. It seems their work was satisfactory to me as the owner of the property, they would take a step back occasionally and ask my opinion of their work as it progressed.
