John Makedon should not have himself listed as a handyman on Home Advisor. I had four small projects and he informed me that he was experienced enough to mount two TVs, replace a bathroom faucet and install a ceiling fan for a reasonable price. TVs were mounted improperly. Neither TV was centered on the wall, wires exposed, multiple screw holes, measurements were off for the electrical plates, bracket was placed backwards on one of the TVs and the F connector prep was wrong. Had to pay someone to come remount them. He left me with no internet or cable for 2 days due to improper connection of the cables. Had to pay Cox to come fix that. The stopper was not installed properly on my faucet. Fixed that myself! I could really go on and on... but I won't. He has not responded to my request for a fair and partial refund. That speaks volumes as to his professionalism and character. What a crook!

"The homeowner purchased wrong TV wall brackets first off in tried to squeeze Cox mini box firesfik and DVD player wires all behind TV which overloaded the 2 receptacle available and her cable for her house by Cox were wired incorrectly it was wired n series all daisychajned off one another and basically the correct way would to be have main cable come in then sputtered would branch off ever like but she had like 2 or 3 cables per box in walls to were the 3.5 ght wire was oversync due to setup to were cox had to come out I left with everything installed and living room cable was working and Wi-Fi but needed cox splitter for bedroom. I was very satisfied with the job that was done. The men were very polite and hard working. They did the job exactly as wanted and within code. They were very reasonable on cost and also let me know if conflicts arose that did not allow them to work. Very good group!

The technician was very polite and friendly. He was very knowledgeable of task and very concerned that I was satisfied with the job. I was very very satisfied and will use this company again if needed and will refer them to family and friends.
