Very nice people. I gave Jody 650.00 ( half of the total project) upfront at his request. He was to remove and replace 5 cracked tiles and make the tile in my doorway even to butt up new carpeting. He fixed the doorway. The 5 tiles seemed to be more than he had expected. He started by breaking the out by hand. He removed 3 tiles and broke 6 in the process. I had extras, so it wasn't a big deal. The problem is that he damaged the woodwork because he resorted to using a saw. He left 2 cracked tiled. He did replace the 9 tiles that were removed. He never came back to finished what he started. I've called and text several times. He told me over and over that he would be here " next week". It will be a year in June and he took $650.00 to technically replace 3 of the cracked tiles and the six that he broke and cut the tiles even in my doorway. I had several other things that I had been quoted and he took half the total estimate and ghosted me. He and his wife seem to be very nice people, but when you quote someone a job. You should finish the job. Unfortunately, now I no longer want them to do the job. I shouldn't have to beg them to finish what they started.

Jody called not long after I submitted a request for proposals. He called again when I did not follow up. He arrived as scheduled and did the work requested quickly. Really nice guy! Was respectful to me, my home, my time and my dogs. Will hire again and recommend to others.

This man did a great job, I thought it was another person who we hired but was mistaken. This contractor was excellent!!!! The person who was hired earlier in the year was Jay, he done reconstruction and took the money and was never seen again. Jayâ s Construction is being taken to court. Jody Brown was hired recently and did a fantastic job!!!!

Actually called on Christmas Day. Came out a couple days later to give estimate and started next day. Exceptional pride in the work. You can tell they take pride in doing a good job. Would highly recommend.
