overall it was a great experience with J Michael. The finished product looks fantastic and working with them was great. Home adviser put me in contact with them on a Wednesday, They came for an estimate Thursday morning (they were significantly less than 3 other quotes I got), and started working on Friday. They stayed late on Saturday and Sunday to ensure the job got done in the time frame that was preferred. The Job was done well, the price was fair, and they didn't leave a mess when it was all done. not much more you could ask for

Not only was their professionalism evident, but I was particularly impressed with their staying with the job until it was done, their neatness and cleanliness in disposing of all waste materials and mess, their insistence on my input in matters not previously determined by me. Not only were their polite and hard working, but they offered to help me move certain items back into the room - which, being elderly, I really appreciated. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has decided on floor laminate. They know their stuff.
