Water Heater Installation and Replacement
My water heater died and I wanted it fixed in a hurry. I went to HomeAdvisor and filled out their form and got call from J Mills Plumbing. They said that they could do it the next day so I said great. They came out charged me $1,700 for a $500 water heater that took them about 2 hours to do. That's $600 an hour for a plumber. But okay it was done. The next day one of the pipes sprung a leak because of the way they installed to the water heater and the piping. When I tried to turn it off it broke completely. Imagine having the main water supply to your house pouring into your bedroom. I had to run outside and crawl under my mobile home to turn off the water. I'm disabled. To their credit, they did get here quickly. They fixed it but then acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me. The only reason the pipe of broke is because of the way they installed the new pipe. And if it were that weak, then they should have replaced it in the first place. They didn't give me any kind of an apology, only excuses.

I was pretty sure I showed you when we came right away and fixed the leak for free that it was nothing that we did that broke, but existing cheap material ( I still have the before and after pictures ). Also, we offer upfront pricing and NEVER go over our price as we did with you. ( agree on a price before the job is even started ) I'm sorry there are just some situations where we cannot make people happy. We will strive to do better as we have over the past 30 years with our thousands of happy customers. Thanks Andrew, God Bless You."
