John did a great job and I was very satisfied with his work.

It took longer than we expected it to take but the end product was satisfactory and they seemed to do a good job. They were polite and neat and cleaned up after they were finished. Overall it was a good experience other than the end cost was more than we expected.

Excellent service! I spoke with Mr. Minitello on a Saturday and he came right out on Sunday. I needed sections of my siding repaired. It was wonderful to meet a honest contractor, the price was awesome and he completed the job quickly. I have dealt with a lot of contractors in the past and this truly was a wonderful experience. It is nice to know I now have someone I can call in the future for all my home repair needs. 5 stars all the way!

I contacted this company to install a bi-fold door. He arrived on time and did an excellent job. I also asked him to install a towel holder which he did. In doing the additional work, he offered me options being mindful of the additional cost to me for the extra time involved. I appreciated this thoughtfulness in his approach to helping me decide the best option for installation.

He knew exactly what to do. All work was done to my satisfaction. I would call again for the handyman service. Thanks.

The problem was I had a door that was too long, because of the new carpet. I needed it shaved down. He shaved the wrong end and then said that the door was installed incorrectly the first time, so he flipped the door redid the hinges. In the process the door was chipped and its natural wood exposed. He told me he would come back to fix it and do a little repainting on the door. Never came back. He claimed he stands by his work and his word. All in all I am extremely disappointed with the services sorry you usually give me good contractors but I guess my luck ran out.

CONSUMER BEWARE!! I am sending out a warning to all folks considering hiring this guy and his team. He is an illegal contractor in California who is taking contracting jobs for more than $500 in materials and labor (against the law in CA) without a license. Because of space restrictions here, I cannot go into the absolute stress and pain he has put my family through. I do not want our terrible experience to happen to anyone else. If it were possible, he would have received NO STARS!

Estimate was very competitive and professional, including solid recommendations and quotes for additional repairs to gate, stucco, and door as requested. Began promptly after selection for winning proposal and maintained steady progress through completion. Quality of work was superior, attitude was positive and helpful, maintained communication by phone, cell, and e-mail.

Overall very good. John is persevering to finish what has turned out to be a more elaborate repair. He has been courteous, creative and listens well. And although the job is taking longer than originally planned, it is proceeding nicely

I was very pleased with the work that J. Minitello Production Painting did for me. I needed to have dry wall replaced on three of my bathroom ceilings due to installation of new exhaust ceiling fans. The fans were purchased to replace old noisy fans. The electrician who put in the fans didn't do a great job installing the fans and the fans weren't as quiet as I had hoped. John not only repaired the dry wall, he also managed to make the fans quitter and also wall papered one ceiling that needed redoing after placement of one of the fans. I will definitely consider using this company again for my other projects.

Clean neat worth every penny... Talked me through the whole job. Was comfortable leaving them in my home while I was at work.......And they're cute to!!!!!!!!

These guys fixed a pocket door for me that had been installed very poorly. They were knowledgeable and had me taken care of quickly and efficiently. They made me feel very comfortable with the repair. They were easy to work with and cleaned up the area when done.

JM Production Painting did a great job. They stayed with in the estimate price. I would recommend them to anyone. The only complaint I had was they were always late. So if your flexible with you time expectations there the guys to go to.
