Mr. Morgan seemed very nice, but the installed timer does not work and it took him 3 days to call back after he was notified. It has not been fixed to date. I would gladly change my ratings once the project has been fully completed but I paid for something that is not complete.

My doorbell, which is old and involves transistors, was not working. Mr. Morgan arrived promptly, determined the problem and quickly fixed it. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

He did an excellent job repairing 2 outlets and installing outside light fixture. Great attitude, professional, prompt. He did an excellent job explaining issue and recommendations. I will use him again for future projects.

Jerry was very professional. He explained the work before doing anything. I was very confident that he could handle the repair and he was quite thorough in explaining my options. I would definitely hire him again.

He came the same day on a Saturday. The reason I said no for recommending was due to his lack of knowledge and waste of time. He didn't seem to go directly to the source of the problem and began with the more costly solutions. The repair was not a costly one but a simple replacement of the flame sensor not the igniter (which he held in his hand shocking himself as it started ticking or sparking). I am a female and he made an inappropriate comment. He was very talkative and spent about 2 hours or more to find that the solution was simple. I helped him so things could move along and so I can do the repair myself next time. I am not a furnace person but this repair is a DIY project once you know where to look for the flame sensor (according to other professionals in the business) Not to mention he used what appeared to be a used replacement part. At the end of the day, he did fix the problem so that's why he got a 4. I don't so much mind the cost as I do the inappropriate comment, extreme waste of time, and lack of knowledge.
