We got 5 bids from Home Advisor Contractors. J. Munton was not the lowest but the detail provided in the summary and proposal was impressive. Jay the owner was great on the phone and via email explaining everything very clearly. He recommended that we do the job as time and material. We were a little skeptical of this but his estimate was well thought out and seemed about right. The sole painter was Pat, outstanding, hard working and very nice person. We were totally comfortable with him in our home. Project went very smoothly and was finished in less time then estimated. No down payment was asked for, and we selected the colors at the local Sherwin Williams store, and Pat picked them up. When the job was completed Jay called and provided the final costs. We were totally pleased and very satisfied. A project and contractor that went well. Highly recommend J.Munton Painting.
