I cannot recommend JN Construction & Improvements highly enough! They recently replaced the roof on my rental property, and the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. Ruben truly went above and beyond. Not only did he deliver a high-quality roof on time and within budget, but he also replaced several rotted fascia boards and even threw in a necessary gutter and downspout replacement at no extra cost. He kept me updated with progress photos throughout the project and left the site flawlessly clean. As a property owner, it is incredibly rare to find a contractor who treats an investment property with the same care they would give their own home. If I could give Ruben ten stars, I would. Look no further if you need top-tier roofing work!

Ruben from JN contacted me right after I inquired and came out the very next day to review the job and give me an estimate. He came back with his team the same week and they did an excellent job of cleaning moss off our shingle roof, being careful not to damage the shingles. Ruben’s responsiveness, clear communication, and commitment to making sure the roof cleaning was done thoroughly and properly made it an easy project to get done. And I considered the price to be very reasonable.

They did an excellent job

Ruben and his men were great. They came promptly when they said they were going to come. They did a great job exactly what needed to be done. They cleaned up at the end. Ruben came towards the end to check on the job and to remove the trash. I would highly recommend them.

JN Construction showed up quickly and were able to fix the flashing and Soffit damage to my unit. They came back with a fair price and the materials needed to get the job done. They also helped relocate a bird nest that we found up there on the 3rd floor roof line.

I needed a repair to the Facia Board on the second story of my home. I didn't feel comfortable going that high up on a ladder. I was lucky enough to find JN Construction on Angi. I contacted Ruben in the morning, he was at my home that same afternoon and did a fantastic repair for a fair price. I liked his work so much, I'm going to hire him to replace my whole 25 year old roof. I would highly recommend him for any job that he would quote. Great job!

Power washed moss on roof

Ruben team did a fantastic job replacing exterior window trim, fixing siding on the former, repairing roof damage and paintingvthe soffit. They were respectful, came on time, worked hard through the day and cleaned up after job was done. When we added a few repairs they were flexible and adjusted the scope and pricing. I would definitely use them again.

He was on time and did a great job. I had the roof and gutters cleaned, He was did some repair work on the too.

Ruben has done several roof and siding/trim repairs for me. He is responsive, fair, and does quality work. I will hire him again!

Good job, carefully clean and finish

The sole problem was communication. His English wasn't great, and my Spanish is non-existent. I thought we had agreed on all features of the job, but at the end found he had omitted something I had asked for. I let it go, as the rest of the job was done so well, and I was uncertain as to whether the omitted feature was actually necessary.

Needed my roof washed in a short time frame. He worked around his schedule to accommodate. Canâ t thank him enough for his professionalism and great work

Ruben and his crew did a fantastic job of replacing the wood trim all around two units in our attached condominium townhouse community. They were very professional and focused solely on the work at hand. They started early and worked late, finishing our job in four days. They were much more reasonable than other quotes I received, and their workmanship was excellent. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Customer service was very good. Price was reasonable. They did a thorough job and cleaned up afterwards. I would hire them again.

He showed up on time and did what was asked for the agreed upon price estimate - an excellent job removing moss from my roof & other areas along with power washing my back patio, walkways, & shed. I hired them to remove Moss off of a garage and a very high roof. They came right away When they actually said they would come! They took Their time and Did a great job. I would definitely use them again

JN was great! They quoted roof cleaning job fairly and even gave me a discount so I added a deck cleaning project at the same time. They showed up bright and early and worked straight through to the end leaving a clean and great looking roof and deck behind. JN will be coming back for some other items on my to-do list soon! A++
