Once I placed the request via the Servicemagic site they were very quick to call back and get the bid I requested. They followed up they promised and very professional. The final product was just as we had hoped. One minor issue to note. I had asked that they request utility locates on the property prior to starting the job. Required by law and to help protect the property and installers. I had requested this on two seperate occasions prior to the beginning of the job over the phone with one of their staff members. I was assured on both occasions that this would be done. Much to my disapointment I found no sign of locates in the yard.

This was replacing an existing fence that fell in a storm. They gave me a good quote for services, did the work quickly (in the snow!), and cleaned up the yard afterwards so it looked great. They were very careful with my landscaping and considerate of the neighbors' yards. When we did the walk-around, we noticed a few problems that they rapidly fixed. Overall I was very happy with the service and will be using them for another job shortly.
