"Customer had violations that needed to be addressed. Breaker knock out seal needed to be installed in his panel and his hot and cold water needed to be bonded. The customer also asked me to trouble shoot his electric in a hallway utility area he said the lights were not working. I asked him if he new of anything else that was not working and he said he wasn't sure. I checked all electrical outlets in the area and found them to be in proper working order. I checked his light bulbs in the fixture and found them to be burned out. That was the problem. He did not ask me to disconnect his stove he asked me to mount the anti tip device another one of his violations. JNP electric does not install stoves or mount anti tip devices for insurance reasons. JNP Electric's standard service call is $85.00 plus tax and material. JNP Electric does its best to keep all customers 100% satisfied. The customer did not say anything at the time of billing that he had ant complaints. He also asked if I installed ceiling fans. I do and he said he would contact me when he had purchased them. I noticed no dissatisfaction at the time."
