This company is completely unreliable. We hired them to fix our roof after hail damage. They were so hard to get a hold off. Poor quality work, experienced leaks after they fixed the roof. Took months to come fix leaks. Owner was very rude and did not take responsibility for mistakes. Ended up paying another roofing company to fix our roof, even though we were still under warranty with JNR builders. Do NOT recommend this company!

The coating started to peel 2 hours after the job was finished. Rigo de La Pena (owner) and his son Juan assured me in person and through text messages they would redo and repair coating. It has now been over 10 months and now they do not respond to my voicemails or text messages. On Home Improvementer's website JNR Builders state the followings. "We are a locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity and treats your home as if it were our own." My experience has been the exact opposite and I am disappointed in the lack of care and professionalism I have received from this company.

We donâ t recommend this company. We hired JNR Builders to demo our master bathroom, build a large walk-in shower, tile, flooring, plumbing , vanity hi and lavatory Installation. . Mr. De la Pena requested half of the money at the start by of the project. The crew didnâ t work much, took long lunches or just didnâ t return for the day. There were no set hours/days on the project. Many calls and texts to the owner went an answered. Just when we thought our bathroom was complete, we found sharp schluter edges, crooked, cracked, offset and going the wrong direction tile. We paid the remaining balance minus $500. We allowed a few days for the sealer in the shower to dry , when we turned on the water, it did NOT drain.. There was a flood! We made contact with the owner and he stated they would correct all the work. A crew arrived a few weeks later to demo the problem areas, which included a large area on the niche wall and the entire shower floor. After constantly trying to make contact to get the project complete, Mr. De la Pena said he was never going to please us, he QUIT. He stated we had an outstanding balance of $500 and could use that money to hire someone else to finish the job. JNR Builders lack pride in customer satisfaction. To this day we have NOT received an itemized invoice. Extremely disappointed!

We were satisfied overall. We were abit disappointed in communication. They did show up on the day they said they would but not always at the time they said they would. We were anxious because a of a time crunch for us. Seemed to know what and how to do what they were doing Only time will tell if the quality of work will stand up. Workers were all polite and seemingly consciences. Would hire them for more work.

Rigo was attentive, helpful and provided great customer service. His crew arrived on time and completed the job the same day. I would recommend and use JNR again

JNR Builders did an excellent job designing and building two 2-space metal structure carports with built-in storage units for my 4 apartment rental building with minimal supervision! Couldn’t ask for a better quality job and timely completion!

Be very careful about hiring this company. In March 2020, I hired this company to complete several projects. Once they were paid they stopped showing up to complete the work as agreed. I had to constantly ask them if they were going to work on my project each day, was often misled and promised the start and finish times. In particular, they built a linen closet in our master bathroom but never finished the job once they were paid in full. They installed defective doors in the closet and promised to re-order new doors and install them in June 2020. On countless occasions, they set times and specific dates to complete the job, and to this date (November 1, 2020) they have failed to complete the job, or indicate exactly when they will perform the remainder of the work they promised, under the agreement to complete. Though much of the work not related to the linen closet was eventually completed, they have very little respect for the time of the customers and begin other projects elsewhere once you have paid them in full. I do have a document of a dialing and text messages history between JNR Builders and me that started in April. If somebody wants it, I can provide evidence of this history.

They did a good job! I was happy with them and their customer service. I'm pleased with their work!

Besides doing a great job, they left no mess. The job was done in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

Their roofers were professional and polite. They cleaned up EVERYTHING and every single nail on the ground. In fact, I think my yard was cleaner after they were done than before they started! Great people! Great company! We highly recommend! :-)

Punctual, reliable, put a new roof on, cleaned up well. Fixed the ceilings where water had come through, No more leaks. Will inspect annually. We liked the description of the materials to be used. The cost was better than or within the costs for similar roofs in Las Cruces

I highly recommend Rigo and his team for any remodeling or home building project. All Team Members were knowledgeable on all aspects of our kitchen remodel. Rigo and his Team provided cost saving solutions, and were responsible and accountable for all work performed. Rigo and his Team took all measurementà ¢à  à  s in our kitchen, and even went to the store with us where our cabinets were purchased to ensure we were getting what we wanted. At the store, Rigo made cost saving recommendations that helped tremendously. Rigo and his Team provided solutions when necessary and upon completion of their work, made sure we were satisfied with his work and our kitchen upgrade. All work was as promised, and their work is a great example of how far Rigo goes to ensure his customers are satisfied.

They showed up promptly and did a good job.

Rigo was the first to contact us. He came over and explained the jobs we had for his crew and told us what the projects entailed, how they would remedy our situations and how much it would cost to do the work. The crews were professional and worked steadily - the jobs were completed in a timely fashion at a reasonable price. I would recommend SNR very highly. They provided us with flawless facilitation!
