JNS Concrete

I have the best driveway in the neighborhood now. JNS showed up on time everyday. He delivered it exactly like he described. Since I park an RV on it, he modified the depth to 5 inches, the PSI to 5,000, added fiber to the concrete, and installed the rebar on 18 inch centers. He also brushed the concrete in a checker board pattern which looked great. JNS also added an extra parking spot and did a step onto the front porch. I'm happy.

Joel and Dad were on top of the job and had an excellent artistic eye for what we wanted on time and professional would highly recommend

JNS is amazing. I am so glad I met them! I come from a professional real estate sales and investing background. Completed close to 40 remodels in my own portfolio. I’ve worked with more contractors than I can count. Most contractors are mediocre, at best. Some are decent on a good day or for a while but drop the ball on communication and/or finishing work. Joel Jr and Sr are better than all. The qualities that make “the Joels” as I affectionately refer to them and JNS better and excellent to work with are as follows: knowledge and experience, consistency, professionalism, attention to detail, clear communication, budget consciousness and patience. They’ve done a small patio on my primary residence and a major project on a different property where they had to remedy bad work done by another contractor. From start to finish this process was professional! JNS is a family business and they took great pride in their work. We had a driveway replaced. We were not expecting concrete to look so nice! Our neighbors were so impressed that they hired JNS to complete an extended patio in their backyard. We plan on having a stamped patio poured at a later date and we would not consider any other company for our next job!

They were fantastic and great quality work.

A huge mistake in hiring this company as they do poor work, lie and do not keep their word and promises. So sorry that I ever hired them. Do NOT recommend them at all. It was a nightmare to deal with this awful company. God will punish them.

Pricing was somewhat variable and unpredictable, and price increase changes were not understandable. But the work was good.

JNS Concrete LLC was very easy to work with. They were professional and their finished product was awesome. I will recommend them and will use them again if I have another concrete project.

JNS poured a patio and did an excellent job. Cost was competitive and work was done on time as promised. Would definitely hire them again
