Jay did a very expert job of cleaning my roof and killing the moss without damaging any for my plants. He also was helpful in many ways, with the screen removal and replacement on some 2nd story windows, alerting me to some minor roof damage which I have not repaired and power washing a small outdoor rug. He also suggested he could clean the deck wood and did an amazing job. I would recommend him highly and plan to make this a yearly service.

They had not done our particular problem before, but they did the best they could. Give them an A for effort. We will have to figure out how to totally clean off the pavers sealer that they could not get off with 2 tries.

Overall power wash of house and garage was clean. Many areas on one side of the house were missed (around windows and door) and top three rows of siding on front of house (showed up next day). Access to estimate (only available online through unknown website) and receipt (only online). No follow up; no response.

Jay Lal is a real blessing to us, and to our clean roof. Jay contacted us promptly, came by to look at our roof explaining the procedure, and why roof cleaning is important. He gave us a written estimate the same day and within one week our roof is clean. Jay and Umberto arrived early morning, well organized and ready to work very diligently. We really appreciate his professionalism and very fair price for cleaning our very dirty tile roof. It is so nice to meet courteous, honest and sincere business people like Jay Lal.
