This project is not yet finished, but the contractor is extremely proud to be able to work on it. And that is a good sign. I am happy with the first results. There is still a lot to do. He certainly is not as greedy a other contractors. Which also pleases me. According to our contract, he should be finished in a couple of weeks. So, please inquire about his work at that time.

JOA was on time, on a schedule favorable to me. He was on time and finished the job in a shorter period,at a cost less than anticipated. There were some unexpected changes that he handled in a professional, efficient manner, with little addition expense or hassle. JOA is highly recommended for any job requiring, independent thought, quality, cost consideration. His attitude is EXCELLENT. His pricing is more than fair. I actually saved $500.00 compared to a recommended contractor from Medicare. His work was excellent, looks good, and meets or exceeds expectations my high standards. I will request JOA for any work and recommend him to others.
