My request to Angi was for a painter for a 1790 square foot house, however, the house needed so much more....secure loose treads & risers, replace handrailing on 2 sets of porch stairs, replace rotted sections of fascia boards, clean gutters. Joaquim arranged for all pre painting needs to be completed in a timely manner. The prep work for my 116 year old house was extensive...it hadn't been painted in 30 years. Joaquim is hard-working, professional and thorough. After meeting him, he jumped right in to power wash the deck and pointed out that the house needed it too, which he proceeded to do. He came back the next day and did some little jobs before staining the deck, sides included. He did a beautiful job! His price was reasonable and I would hire him again!

He is a nice guy . What he said he would be here he was not on time . But did stay all day to finish the job when he was he .. he is a very nice guy and does a good job he put in ten hours to stain a table top for me . It was very humid so it took along time for the varnish to set and dry . Came back the next day put on 6 coals of poly in 3.5 hours and the project looks good
