Working with Jeremie was an absolute nightmare. And I have proof of this. Not only did they fail to complete the home project, but they abandoned it halfway through, (with very nasty text messages) leaving us with shoddy workmanship and a mess to clean up, for example, excrement left by one of his workers in the toilet for weeks. They also damaged the garage door, and never had the intention to fix it. There was zero time management or supervision, leading to constant delays and excuses. The quality of their work was appalling, with obvious signs of incompetence at every turn. Jeremie was incredibly rude and unprofessional. For a veteran who is supposed to be Military family- friendly, it was beyond disappointing. Save yourself the headache and avoid Joat services at all costs. They failed to deliver on every promise they made.

Jeremy and his crew did a fine job on every aspect. From planning to building, Jeremy made sure that everything was built according to my specifications. Unlike most contractors I have dealt with, he is on time and if something does happen to come up that delays his crew he will call. This type of professionalism is unfortunately hard to find these days. I highly recommend J.O.A.T Services to anyone!
