On top of the speedy job of replacing my heater in December, I got Great service from both specialists that came today and service desk atJC flood. Bought the yearly contract and they are helping me get some much needed repairs and replacements. Specifically my plumbing inspection helped identify a dangerous pressure issue, and the electrical inspection revealed grounding issues in this old house.
Good honest assessment of what needs attention now and what can wait until I have funds. I appreciate the frank feedback and advice.

Will never use or recommend John C. Flood whose business strategy is fleecing customers. First thing to know is they send a link from an outfit that filters bad reviews once you pay, so only the good ones are actually posted. IGNORE the amount of positive ratings, the bad ones get lost. Second thing to know is this is one of the many ?local? companies that probably formerly provided great service at a reasonable cost unfortunately bought by a private equity company to squeeze the last drop of blood out of the turnip to benefit themselves while delivering no value to customers. I had an electrical issue for a tenant occupied property. Tenants are good and try to figure easy issues out, but could not. I suspected it was an easy issue and scheduled a 12-5 window with John C. Flood to check it out. They said a $99 service charge for a visit. Problem #1 - I get a text and phone call before 8 a.m. they?re on the way. Keep in mind this needed to be scheduled with tenants and it was schedul

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
Had an emergency as hvac unit started flooding basement. David Cannon came out from John C. Flood immediately, and cleared out the blockages to the pipes and drains, plus explained in a very easy way to understand about how often the filter needed to be changed with a new dog in the house. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked quickly. I will be calling John C. Flood again, especially knowing they are available 24/7 and knowing how competent their specialists are.

Had issues with Combi tankless domestic/boiler unit heating domestic water temperature too high. Also, not getting consistent hot water to the kitchen faucet. Jacob listened to issues about the kitchen faucet not getting steady hot water from the system. He was able to identify and resolve the cause of the problem and remedied it and now have steady hot water to the kitchen. He also examined the plumbing of the Combi unit and noted that the circulating pump plumbing was not correct and causing the excessive hot water temperatures. He verified the plumbing with the Combi manufacturer and recommended having it plumbed correctly. Jacob also took time to examine other faucets throughout the home to ensure that were all functioning properly when hot water was requested from the Combi unit, He tested the home water pressure to help me determine if I need a booster pump to increase the home water pressure. Highly recommend Jacob and John C Flood Company for your plumbing needs.

James Matthews was the John C. Flood plumber that responded to my call for water leakage from the kitchen faucet. He quickly located the source of the water leak and repaired it quickly. The cold water supply line valve had locked up and couldn't be turned off, so James quickly replaced the old dial valve with a 1/4 turn valve (which had already been done for the supply lines for the dishwater and hot water). In and out in quick order and cleaned up all debris. Very personable, too.

Several weeks ago, I lost all power in a home I'm selling and needed urgent electrical help. After contacting a few companies with long wait times, I called John C. Flood. They scheduled an appointment for the next day at 10 AM and confirmed via text. On the day of the appointment, I received a call at 9:15 AM that the technician, Andy, was on his way. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problemâ a power surge that fried the breaker boxâ within 10 minutes. Andy returned a few days later to replace the breaker box, completing the job in about 4-5 hours. Andy was professional, polite, and very experienced. He explained the issue and repair process thoroughly, and the price seemed reasonable. Iâ m very happy with the work done and would highly recommend John C. Flood for anyone needing electrical repairs.
