      I donâ t know where to start. Andy Clark and Bruce Crane along with four other guys came to my home for a septic pipe that broke underground. Those guys went above and beyond. I donâ t believe any other guys or company would have did this job for the price they gave us. Thank you so much for your professionalism and knowledge. It had to be over one hundred years of experience in the ground working in my backyard. They fixed a major backup messy nasty issue and I just canâ t thank them enough. For ALL my plumbing needs John C Flood is the best. Thanks fellas!

      I did not receive an invoice even after calling. I am not satisfied because I need the invoice to provide to my water bill company. He did tell me what was wrong, and gave sound advise for it. The remaining customer service was not so great. I tried to give them a chance to provide this information to me before giving a review. As you can see, I still have not heard anything since our last phone call about the invoice.
