Avoid this company unless you want to pay over $500 for someone to unplug an appliance and leave. I called this plumber to investigate a leak reported by a neighbor for my tenant?s unit. Here is exactly what $565.47 gets you with this business: The "Work": The plumber pressed a button on the dishwasher, declared it was leaking, and said I needed a new one. Their "remedy" listed on the invoice was literally: "Unplugged dishwasher to prevent further leakage." * The Pricing Trap: I was charged "after-hours" rates despite the team being dispatched at 3:05 PM. Because they arrived after 3:30 PM, they triggered a massive surcharge. Hidden Fees: Even the automated message they sent regarding after-hours rates did not add up to the final $565.47 total. It?s clear this company relies on getting your credit card number upfront to overcharge for trivial tasks. They aren?t solving problems; they are exploiting urgent situations. Needed the bathtub and toilet drain line cleared after the Thanksgiving holiday. Champollion Plumbing was the first to answer my urgent request. Tech was out Saturday morning to clear our drain and did a great job.

They were prompt, I was very lucky that I had the same day appointment. I had 2 other people come out 1 just left without saying anything the other one it was beyond his ability. I'm sorry but I don't recall the plumber name that they sent out but I was put at ease right away. Very professional had my issues taken care of in under an hour. Thank You again Morgan Weast

John G Ciampoli Plumbing was very responsive to our request for service, sending Chris, the technician, to inspect the situation that same day. Chris faced some challenges with the old plumbing, but persisted and was able to successfully replace the damaged pipe.

John was efficient and worked quickly. He replaced the fittings and parts that needed replacing but used the earthquake straps and the new gas line we had recently installed. He is friendly and answered my questions. All in all a good experience.

I would like to thank, Chris the technician (John G Ciampoli Plumbing) and grateful for his outstanding workmanship. I had to reroute a gas line from the attic to the outside of the garage wall.
