"I needed to wait for the vendor to refund the amount for the materials. Once I had those funds I paid Carol back her money. The whole reason this went negative was because I had a car accident and could not show up to the project the day we scheduled. I explained that I needed to get a new truck. On Sunday I found a new truck. She then called me a liar and asked if we could reschedule for Monday. I explained that would not work because I had to do a job in Georgia. She called me a liar again. She then became aggressive and abusive. I told her I would not be harassed or called a liar. Then I worked to get her money back."
