I will definitely be hiring Jon again. I appreciated: 1) The call before the appointment for the bid to reconfirm. 2) The follow up call to see if I had any additional questions. 3) Timely arrival to the worksite. 4) Quick responses to all emails with questions I sent him. 5) Jordan made sure that all nails and screws were picked up so my dog wouldn't step on any at the end of each day. Jon was able to schedule the project right away, and it was finished in a reasonable amount of time by Jon and Jordan. My fence that was waiting for the next wind storm to topple over is sturdy again. I missed Jon and wasn't able to do a final walk through with him to inspect the project on the last day, so he came back to meet with me when I reached out to him. Thanks Jon & Jordan!
