Jeff and his company J.O. Young Company, Inc. was no ordinary company. First of all, the owner Jeff was absolutely phenomenal when we first met. Reason being is because he has been in the construction business for thirty years. He has a fantastic portfolio which, even tho youd think you were all set, Jeff has the ability to kindly offer you to see his other work, giving good ideas for your project. There is one quality about Jeff and his main builder, and that is being punctual. Time is important to Jeff simply because he values it and knows that it is very important to you as the consumer. So if he said ten a.m., he was there at ten a.m. and that was also for his main worker who was also named Jeff. When youre doing an addition, cost is of the utmost, but there is something my dad always told me and that was if you really like what you see, invest the few pennies, more simply because in the long run happiness is what counts. I made the final payment this week and was so happy and pleased with my addition of a mud room, porch, and new absolutely beautiful complimentary deck. Jeff is going to do one more project in my yard, which will simply complete the entire addition that he did. I am so pleased and happy with his work, and his main worker, and all of the people that work for him. They are simply phenomenal and have the same work ethic as Jeff the owner.

Terrible workmanship. Had a screened in porch done the ceiling was falling down. He tried to fix it with paint and putty. Looks awful! Told him it was not acceptable. He said that they would install the best wood headboard. He never came back, left messages he would not call back!

Hired J.O. Young to build a garage big enough to fit my big rig semi truck. Garage is stunningly huge and absolutely perfect. Job was done in a very timely manner and Jeff was always sure to keep us updated and informed on everything. Couldn't have asked for better.

Always responds promptly to any communications. EXTREMELY organized. Listens to what you want and explains well the process. Once they started working it was like clock work. Workers showed up when they were supposed and worked quickly. The outcome is gorgeous. I can recommend this company enough

Quality work. They pay attention to details and always clean up their work area. This is the best construction company youâ ll find in the area and they are not over priced. We had a large remodel project that included a complete kitchen redesign, which turned out incredible. They added living space, pantry room, laundry room, mail center, and master suite.. and country porch

Jeff and his team did an amazing job with our home addition project. Communication, professionalism and quality all exceeded my expectations. Every sub contractor that he had come out to our place was top notch and just really nice people. You hear horror stories about home renovations, but I never felt stressed, worried or put out in any way. Couldn t be happier that we chose J O Young and I have recommended them to my friends and neighbors who can t stop gushing about how beautiful our house looks now!

GREAT REPRESENTATIVE

We decided to add a four season sun room to our home. Not knowing who to hire we went to the internet for names. After interviewing several builders we chose J.O. Young for the job. Our room is built and we love it! The workman ship was superior and his employees not only were pro's and excellent professionals but were pleasant to have around the house while doing their jobs. We were so impressed with the workmanship that we are going to hire this company for a master bath redo. We give this company a five star rating. We don't have enough good things to say about working with Jeff & his crew at J.O. Young! There was minimal intrusion into our daily lives or the rest of our house until the very end & even that was manageable. Our rambunctious 75-lb dog fell in love with them & they all took a liking to her as well - made the project even better. We added a bath & mudroom off our kitchen. Jeff was able to incorporate all our ideas & wishes while guiding us with what was most fitting to the style of our house & some of the restrictions that we hadn't thought of. Recommendations for necessary fixture purchases were right on. We'll definitely use them again!

The project is almost complete and we are very happy with the work, the workers, and the company in general. We appreciate the fact that we are kept up to date on what is happening, when and if there will be a delay, and why. The addition is looking beautiful from the outside as well. Jeff was great to work with. He Helped us plan and work through the project. He also helped us with a lot of details that we wouldn't have thought of and made the process very smooth. The "clean up" (nails on the ground, tie-in for the soffet to existing house, etc) wasn't finished or less than we had hoped for, otherwise "the guys" were great.

Our experiences with J O Young, Jeff and his crew were exceptional. Jeff was great, he was very willing to accommodate us with changes we had throughout the renovation of our garage to a family room. The family room turned out absolutely beautiful. Our family and friends can't believe it was ever a garage. It is far better than we could ever imagine. Jeff and his crew were very respectful with the renovation going on within our home, and provided high quality work for a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them, and will provide a reference for them for their wonderful work.

Jeff and his crew were a pleasure to do business with. The pricing for the job was very fair, and Jeff was more than reasonable when extra work was identified. The roofing crew had a particularly tough job due to my roofs great height, but they took great care to ensure that our family had only minimal disruption. I'm happy to recommend them to everyone looking for quality work at a very reasonable rate.

JO Young did a kitchen remodel and other miscellaneous repairs on a condo I had recently purchased. Aware that I was on a budget, Jeff had good ideas and suggestions from the start. Though they ran into unexpected delays and complications beyond they�re control, Jeff did all he could to minimize the impact. He kept me well informed and offered me choices. This was my first home purchase and my first remodeling experience. I can easily say that when I look to remodel again I will definitely call JO Young/Jeff Robb.
