John gave a full estimate for the work to be done, and there was no surprise at the end. the door was perfectly installed, painted and the hardware was installed. Exceeded my expectations at every phase- the return call was quick, the estimate was thorough, and the cost reasonable . However the real praise is for the actual quality of the work. The attention to detail was exceptional- the construction, plaster, painting- the new door ( which was a window a few days ago) looks like itâ s always been there. Clean up was done throughout the project, and follow up communication has been on going. Iâ ll definitely be hiring John and his team again soon. I forgot to mention the crew even added on a nice surprise- an item johns team knew was important but I hadnâ t thought about. Itâ s been a pleasure working with them.

John and his partner Lane were very professional and efficient. They stayed committed to their forecasted timeline and finished the project as promised. They even helped us with some difficult paint matching with another wall! They provided great follow up and came back out after a couple weeks to assess the door and do some final adjustments as it broke in to our usage. I highly recommend this company.

John is professional and friendly. He explains the process and amount of time it takes to complete the job, so you're not left guessing. He and his team also show up at the exact window of time provided. They also picked up all the mess and hauled it away. When they left, it was as if the new door had been there all along. It was honestly one of the best experiences I had with a contractor and that says a lot since I have completely remodeled my 1970s home. Thanks John!

Just nice workers who were competent and whose work was excellent.

John and team were quick and efficient. They were able to get out tough door frame out and get a brand new door and frame in! They did a wonderful job on install and also painted and added some great trim to match the exterior design and colors. We had a small problem with the door opening a few days after install but John and team came back next day to take a look and make sure the problem was fixed. Overall the process was painless and John was very responsive and transparent in communication. Highly recommend. Very happy with the service we received!

John and Lane were great! John communicated well and was able to fit my busy schedule for the installation of 3 doors for me including replacing an old sliding door with French doors. Not only were John and lane nice with me and my husband but with our 2 dogs. If you’re looking to replace doors you should call John.

This is the second time we have had John Offner Co. Come out to do a job. First time was to completely replace our front door and security screen. Our previous handman completely messed up the door and then couldn't be found, so we called John who redid the door New again and fixed the damage the other guy did. This week we had him replace our old (1994) glass sliding door and screen. Completely took it out and replaced. It's beautiful. And he did a side window as well. We are so pleased with John's work, integrity, and workmanship that we are having him out in April to do 3 more windows. He is on time, works in a timely matter, answers calls and emails.
