Jay and his team at Discovery Home Improvement were outstanding in every way - friendly, professional, hard working . . The project was primarily exterior painting of a five bed -room house and carpentry work as a preliminary to the painting - a garage window and a basement window needed replacing, along with exterior woodwork and window sill repair. We are incredibly happy with the results and hope to have Jay return to work on the interior of the home.

Jay is extremely knowledgeable, not just about painting but also other general contracting work, therefore he is conscientious of how the other work we had planned needed to fit in. He had great recommendations for some options we were evaluating on how to deal with a set of railings dividing the entry way from the living room as well as on the stairway. He advised painting the spindles only from his extensive experience with other painting projects, and doing a coat of poly on the handrails instead for a better grip texture, and the result was excellent. Will definitely consider Jay and Discovery again for future painting projects, as well as other general contracting projects.
