I recently worked with J. Oliver Pools for a major renovation project that included resurfacing and retiling my in-ground pool, demolition of the current outdated and broken deck, and installation of all new hardscape around the pool including additional walls to hide equipment. From the very beginning, the team at J. Oliver impressed me with their professionalism and attention to detail. They provided a thorough and transparent estimate, outlining all the work that needed to be done and the associated costs, as well as providing information on how to manage HOA questions. Throughout the project I was informed of any and all stage gates. The outstanding part of working with J. Oliver is their attention when issues arose (and they will, throughout projects). We ran into several issues with subcontractors that were ultimately and fairly taken into consideration by J. Oliver which made me very happy to work with them as I knew they'd see this through to completion. This project has completely transformed my backyard, making it look like a luxurious retreat. The hardscaping is beautifully done, with meticulous attention to detail in every aspect, and any issues I've pointed out have been addressed fairly and completely. What truly sets J.
