Overall, I think they did a very good job at a fair price and I want this business to succeed. While the shaping of the shrubs was excellent, the person doing the work needs to learn more about horticulture. As in, you do not whack the branches, leaves and buds off a Rhodie set to bloom. Sword ferns aren't whacked back and the pruning of a plum tree is not done wholesale with a power limb saw. Time will tell if the tree and the Rhodie survives. Again, very nice and hardworking folks. Just need to know more about gardening.

Having used JPA for spring/fall yard clean up, power washing and more, I decided to hire them to paint the exterior of my house. I must say each and every crew member worked hard - above and beyond the regular work day several times. Their attention to detail through prep, actual painting, clean up and addressing any concerns was extraordinary. I will continue to use them for other projects as my needs arise. I highly recommend them.

Patty and John quickly responded to our pressure wash/deck-fence re-staining project inquiry on Home Advisor and kept in contact with us expressing interest in the project. Once we hired them, Patty kept in contact each morning - they had to wait out some rainy days. John and his assistant (forgot name...) were very diligent with attention to detail (hand sanding areas that could not be reached with an electric sander). I didn t expect miracles with our 20 year old cedar deck that had been stained at least 3 times previously and had been pretty neglected for the last 5 years (slimy, worn, moss growing in the gaps between planks), but with JPA s care, time and effort (and a darker stain) it looks great! Their price for the time and effort they put into the work is very affordable (gave them a nice tip...). We will contact them when we want to have our house painted. I would highly recommend JPA General Contractor, LLC.

I have a large yard on several levels with only a few square feet of grass. The rest are beds of mature native plants, roses, specimen shrubs and perennials. I am getting older and the whole thing got away from me this year so I called for help. John and Pati are knowledgeable about plants and truly care about them. They approached each plant with care and trimmed them to enhance their beauty. They pulled all the weeds, tamed some blackberries and I can once again see all my plants and enjoy my garden. I will definitely hire them again (I plan on having them come regularly), and would recommend them to anyone who loves their garden but needs some help. I haven t got a single complaint or reservation about recommending them. They even liked my two big dogs and their prices are very reasonable.

JPA General Contractors did an unbelievable job! Their work is top notch and they did not finish until everything was perfect! They removed all the weeds and unwanted bushes from the back area of my house and also removed all of the moss from my roof. All of my neighbors keep complimenting me and it feels great to be able to barbecue and have friends over now. JPA is a 10 out of 10!!!

Ramon and Pati communicate very well. Ramon walked through the yard with me, and verified the work I wanted before I hired them. My yard was very overgrown and I did not have a good vision of all the work. He gave good suggestions, they made good decisions and even did more than I expected. The yard looks better than when I bought the house. I would definitely hire them again. Their prices are more than fair.

I was very impressed with this company upon my first meeting. I explained throughly what I needed them to do. When I stopped later they were working hard. I was called if there was a question to make sure they were doing what I asked. I appreciated that very much. The finished job looked great and I was very pleased. I hired them to do a clean-up of our woefully neglected patio area and front yard. They did a great job! They were very thorough about asking questions and making sure that they were clear on what we wanted done and that we were happy with the work done. The work was excellent and efficient! They made everything look clean and tidy without going too far and stripping our plants bare the way that some landscapers do. Highly recommended!!
