JP&E Contractors, LLC

Replied, scheduled an appt. for an estimate and an appt. for work to be done very quickly. Didn't end up using them due to the fact that what I wanted was out of the scope of what they do, but they referred me to another company of which I was satisfied with the end result. Wouldn't hesitate to call them for any future needs I may have that require their services.

JP&E are very professional and completed the project on time and on budget. They even worked on a day off to make sure my flashing was repaired before the forecast rain.

The person who was scheduled to do the initial bid on the project no-showed due to a miscommunication. JP&E offered a discount in exchange for a 2nd chance and honored it. The bidding process was easy and the person they sent was very cooperative. The work done was attentive to the details I'd pointed out, including a particularly problem inside corner where a lot of water was coming down. Overall, in spite of their mis-step initially, I was happy with their work and would use them again.

I did not fill in these ratings the first time I tried to submit this form because I am still waiting to see if Richardo will be able tto satisy our requirements and replace the roof tiles he broke. The first time they cleaned the gutters but did not properly seal them. Ricardo accepted the criticism well and went back to redo the job. The first time it took the crew about 1 1/2 hours and the second time it took most of a day. He has been looking for roof tiles to match ours ever since. He had been warned that it would be difficult to match them as they had been discontinued and the manufacturer was no longer in business.

This is my first dealing with this JP&E and its employees. The job involved fixing damage in my kitchen caused by rain water. This needed dry wall repair, texturing, painting, caulking, repairing the siding, and sealing the flashing. - Communication: Ed was consistently communicative. He provided just the right amount of information and was never pushy. - Being on time: Pedro and Jose performed the repair. They showed up on time both days. - Being courteous: They were the perfect gentlemen. - Prepping for the job: Everything was covered before they began their work. - Quality of labor: I was 100 percent satisfied with the job done.

Pedro came out and did a great job installing the gutters as well as matching the colors we wanted. The work was done promptly and Pedro and his crew left a very clean job site when they were done. I highly recommend.

JP&E does great work!

I have never seen something done so quickly and effectively. From the 1st call to project completion.

Very fast, professional, and the quality was above expectations. Very pleased with the work done.

Communicated by email which I liked. Showed up on time and did the job for the price quoted over the phone. Thanks!

Overall I am please with the customer service, product, and installation. Great job!
