This is a tough review to write. Overall, the finished product (privacy fence) was excellent and it turned out perfect; however my experience with this company is where my concerns developed. Pros: Good finished product, treated wood so no risk of falling apart after 3-5 years, buried posts 26 in to withstand against MO fierce wind, quicker timeline compared to other companies for the length of total fence, was able to negotiate with the owner about a refund after being disappointed and frustrated a lot. Cons: the customer service was awful- the owner was very inconsistent with his time management and productivity. The guy is a 1-man crew with an occasional helper that only showed up for a couple hours. His punctuality was terrible and I had to reach out to him several times to ask about when he was going to start the project. He told me it would take 3 days to remove the existing fence, set posts and finished in 3 days, possibly 4 if weather was bad. It took him a solid 5 days after I asked for a refund because we had to uproot the routine of our dogs (who are outside normally). During the first day of the project he showed up, cut one in the fence and left for 4-5 hours; other days he wouldn?t show up until almost lunch, work for an hour, leave for a 2 hour lunch then only have enough daylight for 2, 2.5 hours of work. I finally confronted him about utilizing the day light to his advantage and he said he understood. Another thing that bothered me but my fiancé not so much was that he came in to use our power for his tools, our bathroom but like my fiancé pointed out better to have him do it there than leave for another 2 hours. Overall, I AM satisfied with the project and i want to hire him again to finish the other sides of the fence to keep things cohesive but I?m hesitant about hiring him again because of lack of punctuality and professionalism.

We Hired JPC fence to install are chain link fence. He got it done in 2 days, was very happy with the end product.

I came to home advisor when I needed a reliable contractor to build our privacy fence. I wanted someone who had good reviews and would be trustworthy. James with JPC Custom Fences came up as the pro in our area and I am so glad we were connected to him! I knew he was the right guy for the job after our initial meeting. He had awesome pictures of his work and I was confident in his abilities. In the midst of being really busy he still got us on his schedule quickly. He is very detail oriented and made sure the fence was perfect. I am 100% satisfied with the work he did and will be using him again in the future. :)

The owner was upfront, and honest. The professional took my concerns into consideration and solved any problems. If there were problems, the professional would come up with a strong solution. The workers were professional, and finished the work in a timely manner.

Mr Collins of JPC Fencing and Decks is very professional, conscientous, and courteous. He had to work through rain nearly everyday and the deck project turned out very, very nice. He was open to changes and after the project was done left the site clean and neat. I would recommend him to anyone wanting his services.

They did an awesome job. Fast and very friendly. Left everything clean when job was completed. Plan to use them on the next project also. Would recommend them to family and friends. Love my new fence!
