JP Cleaning

She was lazy and sloppy. Did not do a good job.

I was please with their cleaning but I was not please that there is no choice of time. I want them once a month but they would not come the third week of each month (our meeting time) but will only come every 4weeks so it won't land on the third week of the month. They can only come at 3pm.

The JP team was prompt. I only had one request for Miguel and while we were in a discussion, the balance of the team spread through the house and got started immediately. I was impressed.

They came yesterday and Miguel and his team did a great job. I fired my last maid because she got lazy. That's why I came to Home Adviser. I'm so pleased with the new team and would recommend them to all my friends.

Overall they are great but the only thing was the the bathroom walls were not scrubbed hard.

They were fast and quality of work was great. They missed a few spots but overall highly recommended.

Very problematic. I tried them for quite awhile to give them a chance but it never improved.

The JP cleaning team did a really great job. I hired them to come once a month.

The women were nice, but their boss was rude and wanted to rush. He was also on his cell phone talking loudly while working. No thank you!

They do an excellent job and I am very grateful to have found them. I was impressed with Jana at EH Cleaning but JP offered a better price for the job.

Miguel and his crew were on time and did a FABULOUS job. I have had a cleaner who I felt was not doing a good job and was quite expensive. I decided to TRY JP Cleaning as a comparison and I am switching over. My house finally feels CLEAN! The girls don't seem to speak English well but Miguel was great at conveying my wishes and asked me to walk around and point out anything they had missed. Nothing! and I am quite picky :)

The ServiceMagic process worked great. I was quickly provided contractors and customer reviews. The contractor I selected did a great job. ServiceMagic checked back with me to make sure everything went ok. Excellent process and service.

They are a sweet team with a happy atmosphere. Miguel was very eager to please and interested in exactly how I liked things done.

The team is very friendly and professional. They did a great job, worked fast and left my house very clean.

He was very professional, fast and cleaned my shower the way I like.

Pros: Great guy. It was relatively easy to quickly schedule his services for a one time job. Came in with a large crew to quickly perform the job. Cons: Attention to detail not exactly to my standards. Some work was sloppily done or missed. Summary: These guys are in and out so fast you wonder if they are racing another crew. The speed is fine if they do quality work however, this sometimes works against each other. I would recommend JP Cleaning if you are there on hand to do the quality control.

They are on-time, good service but they missed a few places in the house. One needs to watch them constantly.

Have had them for about 4 years now. They are very reliable, professional and do a terrific job with cleaning.

I was very please with the job JP Cleaning did. I rent a small house and needed it cleaned for the new tenant moving in. On short notice Miguel scheduled was able to fit me in. They cleaned everything, including mopping the floors and wiping down the venetian blinds which I HATE doing. Also, the price quoted on the phone was the price I was charged. Miguel and 3 ladies showed up and everything was done in about 2 hours. I have reccomended JP Cleaning to my current tenant and will be using them again when it comes time to have the house cleaned for a new tenant.
