JP Concrete & Demo

First Jose and his crew did a complex driveway that needed three different areas of slope or grade. His crew was excellent, he had his own concrete pump, and the job was done in one day after several days preparation. He is proud of his work and I a, very satisfied. The rainstorms have proved his slope design to be perfect. Then I hired Jose and his crew to lay sod. Again their preparation was thorough, they used a surveyors tripod to calculate the slopes, and they laid the sod in a day and a half. The drainage is perfect. The team is very hard working and easy to communicate with about design and technicalities. This work was in a Historic District and they understood all of the details.

Jose and his team did our small concrete job within 2 days of our contact and accepting his quote. He has reasonable prices and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.

Jose showed up and gave me a reasonable quote. I accepted his quote and he proceeded with the work. He and Eric did a great job. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.

Erick and his team were excellent. Erick installed a new concrete patio and landscaping. Erick was on time, dependable, and provided great communication throughout the project. I would highly recommend JP Concrete & Demo.

They haven't done the work yet; however, they will do so within the next couple months. I was very impressed by the owner and i know his work is quality.

Very happy with the job. Quality workmanship at a fair price. Good clean up. Punctual and responsive.

Quick site visit quote (the next day after contacting Home Advisor). Showed up when he said he would. Paid nothing until the work was done. Finished the job quickly. Extremely pleased with the quality of work and the price. Thank you JP Concrete 😊

They were prompt and completed the job on time. I would recommend them.

Jose stayed in touch throughout the process. He and his crew were punctual and very nice. He matched my existing aggregate concrete perfectly. Great job!

They don't guarantee their work. Paid for the job January 20, 2015, less than 3 weeks, 2 cracks developed. I phoned them, they advised to wait a few more weeks to see if the crack would spread. They did. I called again, they came out cut lines into concrete to prevent further cracks. IT DIDN'T WORK. Now I have 4cracks. Called again, I received the SHOCK OF MY LIFE...THEIR WORK ISN'T GAURANTEED. Now I am stuck with a $5,000.00 loan and a screwed up driveway.

Working with Jose (JP Concrete & Demo) has been one of the very best experiences I've had with a Home Advisor recommended contractor and that say a lot because all of my experiences with Home Advisor contractors have been very good. I called JP Concrete and Demo (Jose) at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 13th. He was at my house and had the job surveyed by early afternoon that same day. He provided me with his quote the following afternoon (Tuesday) and I hired him. Just as he had promised, Jose called me the next morning, Wednesday, April 15th, once he obtained the City of Dallas permit. To my surprise, he asked if he could start the demolition portion of the job that day. I told him "Of course!" as I was expecting to have to wait days or weeks to fit into his schedule. Getting to my point, Jose and his team of very hard-working guys finished the job by mid-day Saturday, April 18th, in 3 1/2 days, despite running into an unexpected problem--a snarl of very old, thick tree roots that he had to cut, chop, and dig out by hand. I'm extremely impressed with JP Concrete and Demo--they started my project within a day of my hiring them, they showed up on time each day, kept the job site very clean and organized, and at the end of every day, Jose updated me on their progress and told me what time to expect them the next morning. These guys are extremely professional, their work is absolutely outstanding, and their price was very fair. I'm definitely hiring JP again when I have to replace my front patio and walk-up. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

Actually replaced curb and sidewalk from a removed circle driveway. Also installed a new walkway from front door to the street. Did a very good job and was very responsive.

Jose was very professional. He was brief and to the point and made the process very simple for us. He gave very good suggestions and made the whole project so much better.

Jose, son Eric and his crew did an excellent job on tearing out and reinstalling my driveway. They resurfaced my porch, left my property clean. They are very courteous and professional. I plan to use them on other projects, the prices are reasonable. Great company!!

Nice gentleman, is on the job all the time. Good clean up and no damage to the lawn.

Jose did an excellent job with the project, very courteous man, punctual to his appointment and cleans up after himself. I have made arrangements for other projects in coming months.

Great company...could not be more pleased

Jose and his team did a great job for us. They worked when they said they would work, did a professional job and finished in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and we plan to hire them for another job sometime soon.

Jose is a pro and a Gentleman! He works right beside his men. They are honest, hard working & dependable. He did more than the contract called for and did not charge extra!! I'm looking for something else for him to do.....

Best contractor I've ever worked with. Jose came and worked out several solutions to my porch and sidewalk situation that would complement my budget. I ended up replacing my sidewalk and his solution to my porch turned out wonderfully. His crew was GREAT. They did a excellent job and it was the best clean up situation I have ever encountered. I will defenitely use them again and recommend them to others. His work added great curb appeal to my older home.

Job well done. Removed and installed driveway and part of entrance sidewalk. Completed quickly and thoroughly.
