Absolutely awful experience. This company does not meet basic industry standards. Our yard was left with sinkholes, and a deck was built over dirt that was never compacted. The wall is leaking because the vinyl was cut too short and then covered up by screwing new pieces in front. The concrete cap is already cracked and was formed incorrectly because they did not stop and fix a broken 2x4 used for the form. The pilings are crooked, the dock is not square with the floater, and the aluminum gangway does not meet code or industry standards. The owner promotes hiring people in sobriety, which is commendable, but not when workers are inexperienced, unsupervised, or freshly out of rehab doing safety-critical work. Some employees drank during lunch and returned to the job intoxicated. My husband even took time off work to help them, and the job was still done incorrectly. When asked to fix the issues, I was told to ?contact my insurance,? knowing it doesn?t cover poor workmanship.

Leland and his crew did an excellent job.. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Their price was very reasonable comparing to most companies. I would recommend this company to anyone.

They did an awesome job.... I would recommend them anytime. Leland for sure takes pride in his work and it shows.

Must be on site during the entire process to ensure the project goes right.

I will never use or recommend another dock company other than JP Dock Building and Repair. The workers were highly experienced, professional and would not do the job unless it was done right! EXCELLENT!! Due to site issues (not the fault of the workers) the job which was scheduled for 2 - 3 days, actually took more than 3 weeks and i was only charged for the amount of the original estimate.

Mr. McGill started the project one week early ahead of schedule, unheard of in Florida.. crew was in and out, did what I asked. Very good!! ,

They were very courteous and showed up on time - I had a really good experience and have no complaints! they stayed on top of the job ad compete nice neat work. After he completed my dock, I recommend him he completed five additional docks for my neighbors, after the last storm.
