JP Grabenstetter Construction did a fantastic job with my basement remodel. The quoting process was simple and most importantly John listed to what I wanted. Several other contractors just quoted the high end of the range I was willing to spend (or above), not knowing that I intentionally inflated the range for the quoting process to see what I would get back. I had a very good idea what the market rates are for this type of work and John was right in that range with a fair and honest quote versus trying to gouge the price. The billing and scheduling was very well run with pay as you go and weekly updates as to what was on schedule the following week. The basement was a blank slate when they started and the finished product turned out great. All of the team members that we interacted with were very courteous, pleasant and could hold a conversation to discuss any questions or concerns.

John and his crew were wonderful to work with! Basement came out even better than we expected! John was in contact with us every step of the way, either when we stopped by to check progress, or weekly updates about what is coming up the following week. He always let us know right away if anything changed with timeline, but basement was completed a week before the projected date! We could not be happier with our basement, and John and his crew are highly recommended!

We had an unfinished basement project we were looking to complete. In this project we knew we had plans for a gym, a backstock pantry, closed off storage area, and wet bar / tv area for entertaining. We didn’t know however how to make it all flow, or have our vision come to life. Meeting JP Grabenstetter allowed us to do this. John came in and suggested the perfect layout for us and our space. Out of the 3 quotes we got for our basement this company was the far superior choice. He made our vision come to life, provided great communication on when the team would be doing what work during the many weeks of renovations, and answered our constant questions along the way.
