The installer asked what the quote was and I told him, he said the person who quoted it quoted it wrong. I told him that wasn't my problem, that's the quote I was given. The installer called his boss and told me that it will be double to install the floor. I talked to the boss and he said it was only a quote not a contract. I refused to pay that and when the installer left I could hear him make some sly remark.

Mr. Handyman of Orland Park and Oak Lawn is the worse company I dealt with for the last 9 years remodeling/maintaining my house. The workers damaged my house and had to come back multiple times with no solution. They left my kitchen in a mess which was so unprofessional. I have pictures of the wires of the ceiling fan exposed and parts all over my table. The worker drops the ceiling fan on my kitchen floor not once but twice and does not tell me about the gash in the floor. Again they wont reimburse me. One worker rip ceiling fan/light switch wires out of my wall because he did not know what he was doing and just put the light switch plate back one. The owner was there when another one of their workers discovered it. Again she did not care nor reimbursement me for them damaging my house. I had to hire someone else to fix their 2 mistakes and they wont reimburse me. The owner insulted me in my own house as I was showing him his workers damage/mistakes. They do not stand behind their terms and condition on their website. My laundry room vinyl plank flooring job was done unsatisfactory but they will not acknowledge that. Look at their T and C... I got another opinion and estimate on the job to redo. Just more money out of my pocket. This business just sucks money out of customers with horrible work. Save your time, frustration, and especially money with this company. I would love to share my pictures of how they left and damaged my house.
