I paid the contractor $50,000 to start the work, nothing has been complete. He use our money to finance another project. They were suppose to paint, remodel the kitchen, take down, flooring for the entire home, the cabinet, installing a building, install panel door, they took my doors, there is paint on all of the furniture and appliances they left paint brushes in the toilet and in the tub.

Hard workers.

Put my trust in Home Advisor but got completely opposite which was an unprofessional contractor, Mr. Pacheco remain on Home Advisor after I contact Home Advisor and was never contacted regarding my complaint. I was able to take Mr. Pacheco to small claims and won.

The contractor is a not trust worthy they do not have confident ppl to do the work he does not provide proper engineering for the measurements and does not have license or insurance. He has created damage and he does not know what he is doing. We ordered higher quality materials and bring in lower quality and uses use lumber and wanted multiple checks for the down payments and avoid phone calls and texts. He sent his employee to collect more funds that what was owed. Have not heard from him since June 20th. He did damage to other parts of the house that did not needed any work done. He was not prepared with the tools when he came to do the job.

we signed a contract on memorial Day, Joe said they would start in 2 weeks and would take 2 weeks to do. After many texts and phone calks project started on Aug 1st. We bought the drywall and put it in the basement. Framing was finished by my husband. The job was to put up sheetrock walls and ceilings. Texture and paint. The 3 young men who arrived supposedly knew how to dry wall. They hung the sheets haphazardly no ending on a stud so no stability. They cut small pieces here and there because they didnt measure. when i called Joe about it he said just tell them theyll fix it. My husbabd and our neighbor had to redo most of the work. The taping and sanding they did was so bad even after they textured and painted you could see the seams and tape. We stopoed them before they finished and fired them. The contract says "work will be stsndard of the industry" The project manager knows nothi g about construction hes just learning. we paid half down for walls ceiling flooring and paint. we lost money on it however I did not want them doing more. workers arrived at 8:30. take a 30 minutes break at 10, go to lunch at 11:30for 1.5 hours and leave at 2:30. This company is the worst.

I'm really unable to rate this person on his performance as he is yet to do the work he has been hired for. Provided him almost $3000.00 upfront to purchase materials to stain our log home back in April per written contract. Remainder was to be given on the completion of the job. Contacted him in May with color and type of stain already used on home. Early June we spoke again, stated he had purchased the materials and would get on the project as soon as he could hire a new crew. End of June he stated still looking for a new crew. Early July, stated had a crew but looking for a crew supervisor and would have the job completed by the time we took our vacation...end of July. Since then, we have been unable to contact Mr. Pacheco. Our calls and text messages are unanswered. What is one to think? We even asked via text message to just deliver the materials with the receipt and we would pay him for his time of purchasing and delivering the products purchased. Still no response from him. Makes me very sad to think he is being so dishonest.

Terrible and sloppy work. I had to hire people to re-do work they were contracted to do. Painting and plumbing was not complete, and they took broken materials from other projects and installed them in my home (bathroom vanity) and mirror. Poor craftsman ship. Held me hostage to finish project unless I wrote a positive review. Stay far away from this company. Great customer service, but only because they want your money.

Not good workers sloppy work.

Not a professional group at all. They gave a start and finish date. But started over a week late without any professional contact. The work was sloppy and was reworked by them everyday. They offered to paint for free to make up for all the errors and delays, but the paint was done so sloppy. Paint was dripped all over my floor trim, splotches on the ceiling tiles, just sloppy poorly done work. All the walls put up have had to be pulled out and redone. The doors they installed would not close, the light fixtures they installed are all crooked. I have had to hire a professional to redo everything they have done. Buyers beware!!!

My experience with this company was terrible, very dishonest, I gave the deposit for the job in December for the floor and countertops. I was told it would be done in January, it was done at the end of March, and I never got the countertops, or my money back. I would never have him or his unprofessional crew do work for me again. If you want a good job done, go to a professional, the other home store's installation services would have been much better. He couldn't even produce a receipt for me. I learned never give your money upfront, because the job will linger. I'm just giving warning against this company, go elsewhere.

These guys are hard workers! They worked in the most adverse conditions to dig the holes to start our deck! The winds where awful, {about 60 miles an hour} but they kept going!

Joe and his team did a great job, and kept me in the loop the whole time. Have other projects and will definitely contact Joe!

Very professional friendly and low cost would recommend and was hired to do other jobs

Cut outs for receptacles were not done very well. Plate covers did not cover cut outs very well either.

They did a good job removing landscaping timbers-cleaned up everything, happy with this one. Repair of car port gate not done in timely manner nor was it done properly. Takes 2 men to open/close gate/kooks ready to fall down! Charged too much for a poor job. Am going to have to hire someone now to repair it so I am able to use it! Nice people to deal with but workmanship not the best.

Promised a lot and didn't perform as promised.

It was not a deck remodel it was a kitchen remodel and not a very big kitchen it's been two months so far and still isn't done still waiting for part of the countertop and some of the cabinets and yes he did knock some money off but we had to spend a lot of money on fast food and eating out and laundromats well we didn't have running water in the kitchen or stove The counter is not all the way even in the floor has some parts of popped up and he said it's because the house isn't even

Excellent contractor

money well spent. the project was done in three stages. Joe arrived at the times specified. repairs more than met our expectations. definitely would hire him again.

Very curtious, on time and quality work. Will hire again for some future projects we have planned. Highly recommend them!

They did hole patches in my house, they were honesty people to work with got it done quick

He was prompt or always early to the project, came in at his cost estimate as promised and completed the Job on time. My rating ***** stars and I will use him over and over again along with my network as a reference for new work regarding his exepertise in just about everything you can think of. .

Very professional; arrived when he said he would; repair completed; kept me aprprised of progress during his work; price very reasonable; gave me tips on how the in-swing window works to avoid future problems; and to call him if I had any problems. I plan to call him next spring for 2 home improvement projects. Very satisfied with his work!
