Before we had even agreed to hire him, John spent a lot of time during our first phone conversation answering our questions about his service. He quickly scheduled a visit to our house, and took both air and physical samples. The lab results came back quickly and the report was thorough. In our particular case, no mold was found, so we cannot comment on what J & P does as followup testing if mold remediation is required.

He was prompt and showed me a lot of mold that I didn't think was in my house. Very nice man.
