Concrete Flatwork Repair & Resurface

Contracted with Riverside concrete to replace sidewalks, install concrete driveway. City would not approve concrete driveway, was told had to use permeable asphalt. John did not falter, grabbed the bull by the horns, organized and controlled every aspect of the transition. All work was performed perfectly. Due to conditions out of our control, city was slow to release curb cut. With the weather turning and timing of the essence, when city finally released permit, John pulled it all together and finished the project. I know this is not the only project they have going, guys were pulled from other projects and made it happen. Would definitely have them back for any other projects I can dream up.

Poured Concrete Wall Repair
Initially I gave a 5 star rating in July. Now in October, the foundation resurfacing is already cracking. Also I didnâ  t inspect my stairs close enough and another contractor pointed out my stairs were not level. BEWARE !!!!!! All tied to contact via phone, email with no response. Do not use him

From the minute I contacted John Kinsley, the customer service was exceptional. He came out quickly and took a look at what I wanted to do. My retaining wall was falling apart and after talking to John I could see that repairing it was really not a viable option. He recommended replacing the wall and because of my wife's mobility issues he even told me what type of stone would be best. We got an estimate in a short period of time and it was very reasonable. The wall was completed today and was done quickly. We love it. It was so much better than I even thought it would be. John kept me up to date and is just the consumate professional. We have already asked him for an estimate on another project. This is someone I would recommend to everybody.
