Kitchen - Remodel
All started off well. The beginning date to start the renovation was May 18th, and it was to be a three to four week project. Today is September 26th and they still have not finished. I have found that I get different stories from different people. There was never any time missed when they wanted to be paid and we were never the ones to stop them from working. Everyday is an excuse and the blame is always on someone else, i.e. their cabinet broker, now the vendor of the cabinets which is Aristocraft. The work that they have finished is well done, however, we lost our whole summer which is pretty big when you live on a lake. Never again.

"We as a company were taken aback at the difficulty we had in getting the kitchen cabinets that were ordered from asritocraft to be the correct cabinets. In the interim we gave the customer a significant discount on the cabinets and also completed an entirely different project at cost to make for the unexpected delays"

Kitchen - Remodel
Jim and Paul are GREAT to work with. They sent us shopping for the kitchen remodel and told us not to worry. Every thing came out beautiful. From the new ceiling to the new floor. Even the "little" problems we had after, they fixed right away.

Excellent Service all around. I was skeptical with the initial estimate that JPM gave, it was quite lower than other contractors. I think anytime you pick a contractor you truly do roll the dice because you don't know how they will be until they start the project. I was very impressed with the whole crew, they were on time, neat, very courteous to all the family and did amazing work. I will be using JPM for all my future contracting needs and will highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. Thank you service magic for your site, it made the difference!!!! The basement is beautiful, it opens up an all new living space we never had.
